Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

Edit for 8/25/2023: even though it is busy there, they have excellent customer service. I was standing near the order pickup and the barista is clearly on top of her orders. She asked the name for mine, then seemed to realize before I that I showed up to the wrong Starbucks. I'm sure it is protocol to make a drink for the unfortunate soul that goes to the wrong Starbucks, she seemed happy and not bothered at all to make me a drink there. She was busy, but she didn't skip a beat when she quickly prepared my drink. I appreciate the kindness when I'm having a slow day! Sometimes it is too busy to park here. I am not one to write reviews, but this Starbucks location has the rudest employees I have ever met. Firstly, I was not greeted when I walked in. But, everyone else was greeted right after I had entered. These employees don’t owe me anything, which is fine. But after I can hear them talking about my drink while making it. My drink is 3 blonde ristretto shots. It’s not a hard drink to make as my Starbucks usually makes it easy. Lastly, they call out everyone else’s drink but my own and decide to put mine on the mobile order shelf. They did not yell my name out like they did with everyone else’s drink. The dirtiest Starbucks I have been to. The countertops were just dirt. While I was waiting 17 minutes for my drink, one of the baristas allowed a customer to pick up somebody's food and walk the food out the door. Upon the lady returning the item, the bartis just put the food back on the counter. Maybe this practice is normal, but I wouldn't want my food taken and returned. The floor and countertop were extremely dirty. There were no napkins in the despenser. The barista asked me, " Do you need something?" Maybe corporate should visit this store and give some guidance.
