My daughter and I went around 10:40pm. The restaurant was opened but when we walked in the girl at the front said, “I can’t make anything except appetizers or salads but if you want pizza I can place the order now and you’ll just have to wait until the cook comes at 11.” I said that was fine and proceeded to order an appetizer and a pizza for later. She only charged me the appetizer and then I said I wanted the pizza but she just stood there looking at me. She was on the phone (her personal cell phone) with someone so I had to repeat myself a couple of times each time I said something. I heard the person on the phone say to her, “Just make the pizza” and the cashier said, “Girl I’m not making no pizza. I haven’t made one in a min” she ended up making it anyways but for over $20 just for that pizza was not good. The place is dirty to say the least. The table we sat at was dirty and sticky. How was it dirty and sticky is we were literally the first customers that day? When she handed me the pizza she asked if we were going to eat there and I said “yes, but don’t worry we don’t need the plates” Still on her personal cell phone she said “ok” and continued to bring us plates…. Again, put the personal phone down so you can actually listen to what the customer is saying.

Chicago Bro's Pizzeria is a great spot for deep dish pizza lovers. After Asaggio Pizza Pasta closed at Sea Port Village, I struggled to find a good deep dish pizza shop. But, Chicago Bro's exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is spacious, making it perfect for hosting watch parties for MLB or NFL games. My family of 6 was able to comfortably eat without being disturbed or distracted, even while a group of 19 was watching the NFC Divisional playoff game. We ordered the Chicago stuffed crust deep dish pizza with pepperoni, which was delicious and had the stretchiest cheese ever. The prices were reasonable, with our order of one medium pizza, 3 sodas, and tax coming out to $39. The parking lot was also convenient, with no issues finding a spot. I highly recommend Chicago Bro's Pizzeria for anyone looking for a great deep dish pizza experience.

Had a great deep dish style pizza here and also tried a few of the sandwiches. Not trying to do anything new here just making the classics the way they should . Being from New York and spending lots of time in Chicago I know my way around a good pizza . I haven’t had many great deep dishes in San Diego but I’ll say this is the best one I have tried so far. Kind of in a weird location but it has all the classic trappings of an Italian restaurant. Right down to the red and white checkered table cloths . Family friendly pricing and large portions . Will definitely come back next time I need my deep dish fix and I recommend it to anyone looking for that classic Chicago pizzeria. Pro Tip : Order the deep dish right away as it takes 45 minutes to cook properly .

This Chicago Design Deep Meal Stuffed Pie is what various other pizza pies make every effort to be like when they expand up. You absolutely haven't lived till you've had a slice! Last night, I got a last min sub course at Arena 24HF. I knew I would be famished after so I went on my trusty Yelp app and also found all of the radiant testimonials about Chicago Bros' pizza pie. Many thanks to the individual for the suggestion regarding calling in our pie order in advancement to make sure that by the time I obtained done training, it was hot as well as all set out the stove for us. Off, the solution is great. Warm and also really inviting. There was a family with 2 children across from us that were chattering regarding the food and the man that assisted us, took them to the cooking area so they might see the magic happen. How adorable is that?? Good old hospitality will certainly always earn you some points. What we ordered: a medium meat lovers deep dish stuffed pizza. Holy Toledo Batman! It was extraordinary! When it was drawn out, my eyes went wide like a youngster on Xmas Day and also all my pizza dreams happened. Actually, it was not only the ideal pizza I have actually ever had, however possibly the very best point I've eaten in a lengthy while. GOOD. It was packed complete of meat, lots of cheese as well as a yummy marinara sauce on the top with a flawlessly prepared, significant flaky crust. Absolute perfection. One tool slice filled me up so I will be fed for numerous days no doubt! A lot for the calories I just melted, lol. Totally worth it however. The restaurant itself is really comfortable and clean. The only caution is that car park can be challenging as it is in a shopping center as well as is undoubtedly a popular area with the locals. No biggie, we just parked on the street.Thank you Chicago Brothers for not only your delicious food however remarkable service. I can't...

Staff was very nice and friendly. And the jalapeño poppers were excellent - - just needed more dipping sauce.

But I am sorry to say the deep dish pizza was disappointing. Especially for $96 for the poppers, two large specialty pizzas with extras, good tip (online order), and drive from Scripps Ranch for pick up.

We’d been to Chicago Bros a couple of times before the COVID disaster rolled out, and it was pretty good. But something’s changed.

We were in Costa Mesa a few weeks ago and had deep dish pizza at Rance’s. It was great and gave me a hankerin’ for more. So my wife let me order deep dish for Father’s Day, which I did.

My biggest criticism is that there was some unusual spice used in the pizza sauce that we couldn’t identify. But it definitely is not traditional for Italian tomato sauce and we didn’t like it. And unfortunately my palate glommed onto that odd flavor so it dominated my eating experience.

I suggest the owners remove that spice and keep with traditional Italian herbs and spices. Whatever this one is, it has no business being in a pizza sauce.

We also were not liking the crust much, especially my wife. I just checked other Google reviews and someone said the place is under new management. If so, I recommend the new owners use the prior owners’ pizza sauce and...

Amazing family-friendly pizza joint! A+. Food is great, staff is top, and the ambiance is inviting.

I brought my family in on a Saturday for lunch. Previously I had come on Daddy-kid dates on a couple different occasions...probably a month before or more. When I walked in I was welcomed with a warm, "welcome back! And you brought the whole crew this time." When an establishment employs people that remember patrons, it's doing it right. My whole family was warmly welcomed.

While we waited for food, they have TVs placed around with various sports going on, both professional and college. They also have a great selection of board games to pass the time while you wait.

When I came with my four-year-old daughter, the fresh regular crust order was served up in about 15 minutes. They also serve VERY deep dish Chicago style that can take up to 40 minutes to cook. Since we decided to go out, we called in our order beforehand just so they could get a jump on the pizza. They were great on the phone, too.

The food is top notch. Fresh, crisp, flaky crust, wonderful. The Chicago is crazy filling, too. We got a large and everyone ate their fill: me, my wife, twin boys-10, another boy-8, and the 4 year old. We even brought two pieces home.

In the end, Chicago Bros is a great...
