II guess a really bad night for girl working drive thru. Messed up the order three times. Glad i wasn't in a hurry. Ordered Venti Cold Brew Extra Half and Half with 3 Raw Sugars and a Trenta Peach Citrus White Tea with sweetener. She repeats order back to me at window and said she couldn't hear because co-worker talking to her. She just missed add sugar to Cold Brew and add sweetener to the tea. She went to make the order and comes back. Hands me the tea, it's Strawberry but I don't notice until my son tries it at home. Label is correct Peach Citrus. Now for the funny part. She hands me the Cold Brew, which has no half and half. I tell her it was supposed to have half and half. She says oops sorry I'll go remake it. Comes back with new one and as she is handing it to me we both start laughing. No half and half again! After I get it and I'm driving away I notice the label says Trenta. Ordered a Venti. I drove home, wasn't about to go back to do it over again. To top it all off, I started my journey driving to 24 hour Pacific Beach Starbucks to pick up my mobile order, but they had hand written sign outside, Sorry for Inconvenience we closed at 10pm tonight. Read moreThis store — specifically Cade (a manager) consistently refuses to honor their corporate refill policy and harass customers that visit Starbucks DAILY.
Most recently, advising a beverage is not elegible for refill if the original beverage is not in a reusable cup — assistant manager brought the iPad over to me and couldn’t verify it himself and just walked away after wasting my time without admitting he was wrong? NO APOLOGY?
Meanwhile, the manager sits at a table eating her salad with another employee not in uniform telling her staff on the radio she can’t speak with me because she’s “on a phone call” — highly unprofessional which demonstrates why the leadership at this location makes up their own rules and harasses CUSTOMERS who take time to leave their feedback.
I’ve visited 50+ Starbucks locations and this one near the only one with such ignorant staff that don’t know the policies of the company they work for — stealing from customers as a result.

Read moreThis store consistently get my drinks wrong. It's always something and I'm not usually upset about this stuff. I don't mean any ill will, it's just very frustrating. I have ordered a variety of drinks and there is always something wrong with the order. I know Starbucks has a quality policy but I can't always go back to ask for a replacement. This morning I'm on my way to work and I placed a mobile order for a cinnamon almond milk macchiato with modifications. The mods I asked for were 1 added shot extra caramel and milk substitution I only got milk substitution and that's because I went inside tando correct the order (i accidentally put mocha drizzle) I saw start the drink and I stopped her before she grabbed the almond milk. I was trying to be quick but polite about it. I'm sure she would have seen the mistake after she had made the drink but I was trying to prevent a wasted drink.
