The coffee was mediocre at best, nothing special. I initially asked the barista for a cookie butter latte, and she flat-out said they didn't sell it. Then another barista chimed in, saying, "Oh, we don't have it today." Confused, I asked if they had anything similar, and the first barista dismissively said, "I don't know." Not helpful at all. I ended up ordering "The Santa," which was mint-flavored and just okay.
The worst part was when I asked if their Labubu figures were authentic since they were priced at $30. Instead of giving a clear answer, the barista became super defensive and rude, snapping that they were "authentic." Against my better judgment, I bought one, and it's fake.
