Today I had one of the worst experiences ever at 664 after dining here I was denied the restroom for me and my kids because Stephanie said they already cleaned for the day then Arturo said it's out of order after confronting then together Stephanie said she doesn't have to give me any excuse on why I couldn't use there restroom and was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family she said she was the manager in charge and couldn't do anything for me seemed like the were in a hurry to get out of there even are food was skimped out there was more cilantro and onion then meat also Stephanie gave me a number to the real "manager" and upon calling a gentleman answered and said he has nothing to do with this business so not only was she rude and disrespectful but also a liar this will be the last time I ever take my family to this establishment ever and I will highly recommend to all my family and friends to never come here as a business owner I will only say one thing you need...

It’s common for bathroom access to be denied for non customers, but denying bathroom to paying customers is a new one! We were there at least a hour before closing and no one was ever cleaning the bathroom, before 5 someone from our table tried to use the restroom and it was locked we thought it was occupied so didn’t pay no mind. Once we were ready to leave we tried using the restroom again and still closed, we asked for the bathroom to be opened and access was denied, woman with blond curly and glasses said we couldn’t use the restroom after arguing with her she claimed she didn’t have to give explanation as to why she couldn’t open the bathroom. I can only say they closed the restroom at least one hour before closing time. 2 other customers tried using the restroom too and were denied access.

Also all of our tacos barley had any meat on them, sodas were all hot, like if they restocked and gave us hot soda.

Dont go to...

I used to enjoy going to this place. But lately every time I come in make line for 5-10 min I get to the front I get asked for here or to go. If I say here the ask me to sit down to be able to take my order. Which takes another 10 min to be able to order. That’s about 20 min just to place the order. If I say to go order is placed and I’m asked to wait outside. After 10 min of waiting I go back inside and I see my food sitting in the counter I ask the server if my order is ready and she ignores or doesn’t hear me. By the time they see me just standing there waiting another 5-10 pass by. It’s ridiculous! Why can I just go inside make line order to eat there and sit? Why all this extra...

Easy to notice from a moving vehicle. Large dining area with tables perfect for both small and large groups. They have one big screen tuned into the current soccer game. The minute you walk in, it smells like the delicious birria. They have a very simple menu with birria tacos ($2), tostadas, bowls of birria (full order is $10 and comes with tons of tortillas), canned/bottled sodas, and agua fresca. Food is served very quickly in plastic baskets, and is piping hot! That first bite reminded me of my abuelita's birria growing up. The only thing I wish this place had was air conditioning. The kitchen is so hot and steamy and opens up right into the dining area which makes it hot.

Excellent casual Mexican food with amazing Birria and Quesabirria Tacos! We were especially impressed with the price, the proximity to Coronado, and the hot sauce and flavor of the meat. If you order quesabirria, make sure to order the consomé as well, since it just adds to the flavor. There is plenty of outdoor parking, outdoor seating, and indoor seating as well. They do not sell beer or alcohol. They have public restrooms if you’re a customer. Highly recommended if you want good food and fast, especially if you’re on your way to the beach or on the way back!

Note: the workers here only spoke Spanish when I visited, but that really added to the experience as they were professional and kind as we all made the attempt to get the order correct (I’m still learning because why not communicate with all people?). I didn’t know this, but it is self seating and they will come to you. I purchased the regular birria taco and the birria con queso. Both were excellent in terms of flavor, temperature, and texture. Highly recommend this spot!
