Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in San Diego

Oh NO! I Just saw a BAD review by another Gabriel and heres mine...lol! Well unfortunately somebody wasnt trained well on how to cook the WHITE rice because Today was 2ND TIME it was UNDERCOOKED! It is horrible that way and first time I didnt say anything (thought it was a fluke) but apparently it will be repeating! The bowl gets totally ruined because every forkful has the undercooked (hard) grains. If its any help, looks like this is happening on Saturdays (today 12/11) and two weeks ago. I have not been there during wedk but actually last Sunday it was perfect, so that person needs to do it every-day...lol! If you have not had more complains about it, maybe people are letting it go or maybe theyre adding more (hot) ingredients that are resulting in the rice being slightly better cooked by the time it gets delivered to them, versus me getting it right there in...

I'm done with Chipotle... I don't understand why it is so hard to serve proper portions... I know that there is a limit on how much you can get but there should be a limit also on how little you can get. I HAVE to ask for double rice and beans ALL the time and then don't even get me started on the protein portions. Chipotle is a huge rip-off because they will never get their portions figured out. The fat manager skimped me out and literally served me little to no meat. I opened my bowl to look for the meat that never was and there was less meat than ever. Then he tried to hide the ridiculously low amount of meat he put with fake generosity by adding a bunch of fajita peppers. Chipotle sucks now and im never going back. Id rather go to Colimas! All the high school and college students that work here are stoned out of their minds and you can definitely tell because of how bloodshot their eyes are. Last time I went, I don’t think they even knew I was there and just thought that a ghost was telling them to make an order. I ordered a burrito and the person making my order started putting everything in a bowl, and they included an entire lettuce core with my vegetables. When I reminded them that this was a burrito, they crumpled up a tortilla and put it on top of the bowl.
