Positive Phee — Attraction in San Diego

I have been a customer of Positive Phee's since last Summer. I had cleaned out my closet and we were in the midst of the global pandemic, so Goodwill was not accepting donations. I follow Positive Phee on Instagram and noticed that they were taking donations, so I made an appointment to not only donate, but to shop the swap shop. IT WAS AMAZING!! The business model is quite simple: book an appointment, bring items you want to donate to the shop, leave with a bag full of "new to you" thrifted clothing -- all in great condition and amazing brands!

Sophie is professional, kind, and a great stylist! My first appointment was virtual because I wasn't comfortable leaving my home at the time. She took the time to send me pics of items that were in my size and I was able to fill my bag so quick! Since then, I've had three in person visits and have refreshed my wardrobe quite often! I tell so many people about her shop because 1. It's a great model to support slow fashion and our environment and 2. The clothes are GREAT! I am one who owns WAY to many clothes, so this was a great way to continue my shopping ahem addiction for a fraction of the cost, while also ensuring I'm doing my part for mother nature!

I’ve been coming to Positive Phee events and private shops for a year or more now and if you’ve never experienced one or both of those at Positive Phee you are seriously missing out . 2020 was a real doozy of a year for shopping and I was really missing my regular pre-covid pop-ins to consignment shops and thrift stores where i would find interesting pieces. I heard about Sophie’s shop and set up a private outdoor appointment with her and let me tell you she goes above and beyond . She asked me what sizes I’m wearing and what I’m looking to find and when I got there she had the whole front of the shop set up outdoors with racks of clothes she hand picked for me. Since that first private appointment I’ve come back for more and also for group shopping events. Positive Phee hosts a ton of really fun and well thought out group events . I even got to share the fun with my 10 year old step daughter when Sophie threw a kids event the week before the first day of school . Positive Phee is a really fun shopping and socializing experience and I love that it centers around sustainability, community and obviously a love for fashion and fun new-to-us pieces . Omg! I still consider myself so lucky to have met Phee a few months ago. She is so outgoing, sweet and accommodating. I’ve done 2 swaps with her now and loved both! She’s figured out the perfect way to be professional and relatable at the same time. She’s super helpful if you’re looking for something specific and excellent at suggestions as well. She also has a knack for sizing, especially when it comes to lingerie/intimates. The quality of her clothes and accessories is fantastic. I always feel good about my purchase from Phee because I know I’m helping to recycle. Phee also has multiple contests and events throughout the month which is extra special. I love following Phee on Instagram and seeing all her posts about sustainable fashion. She really opened my eyes to how important it is.
