Very disappointed and shocked on the treatment I got from one of the cashiers. At this Jack in the box, his name was Jose. The price on the menu did not match the price on the receipt. So I simply asked. Why does the menu say 8.49, but the receipt says 9.11 I was just wondering why I was charged almost a dollar extra than what your menu says. He was very rude with his reply. Told me if I wasn't prepared to spend money, why come out? To place an order food. That I was acting stupid. Because I questioned the price on my receipt. That it was a dollar more than it should have been. So I asked to speak to the manager because I was spoken to this way. She came over and I told her the problem. She was willing to give me my money back. Jose was at the drive in at this point. And told the manager you're really gonna give that stupid a** his money back.. The way he acted was very unprofessional. I'm like he didn't want to be at work in the first place. I told the manager, why is someone employed like this? That talks to customers this way. I know at my job. I'd be fired on the spot if I had ever talked to a customer this way. So by this point I got so upset. I asked for all of my money back because I was no longer gonna be going to this Jack in the box. When I have been going there for the 8 years? I've lived in San Diego. Just thought i'd post this review. So you knew what was going on at your store? This time, I decided that since they can't hear correctly at the drive-thru, I'll try a mobile order and pick it up. Err... My hopes were higher than expected. They obviously can't read either. I ordered the Breakfast Jack special since I needed a bathroom. A heavy price. The Breakfast Jack is inedible. But I gave my untouched one to a woman who by the look of things has fallen on hard times. Possibly she could stomach it.
The Wifi router was working but there was no Internet. When will the people learn what these fast food places are doing? They advertise free WiFi but all you get is the signal from the router. Jack in the Box doesn't have to pay a cable bill. The worst offender in this respect are Burger King franchises in Tijuana. Burger King doesn't hold its franchises to any standard of quality there. There's never internet, only.the router signal...
