I ordered the shredded chicken and cheese with mild sauce. It was supposed to come with tomatoes and onions. in the description that's what it says .After I received my order there wasn't an ounce of tomatoes or onions. Yet it had a few beans spread through it . I cannot eat beans . I did not order beans. This burrito doesn't come with beans . It does however come with onions and tomatoes or atleast its supposed to .THE MAIN REASON I ORDERED THIS BURRITO WAS FOR THE ONIONS AND TOMATOES. There weren't any except I got a burrito with over packed cheese and barely any sauce. After I called to let them know thinking maybe they'll fix it it's just simple mistake they probably gave me the wrong order . The lady who answered told me I shoukd have ordered extra tomatoes and onions 8m order to have them. Stating the chicken is cooked with the onions and tomatoes. So they want me to pay extra fir something that's already supposed to come with my burrito in order for me to receive it . A big joke . Instead of taking accountability she was rude . I have had thus burrito before months back and It definitely came with . but somehow today I was supposed to order extra . Smh Yall suck

Delicious, authentic, and fast — love this place! Cotixan is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving real Mexican food. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and everything is packed with flavor. I tried the carne asada burrito and it was absolutely loaded and satisfying. Their guacamole and salsa are on point — bold, fresh, and full of taste. Service is always quick and friendly, even when they're busy. The place is clean and the atmosphere is relaxed and casual — perfect for a quick bite or a laid-back meal. If you're in the area and want something tasty, filling, and affordable — this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Average taste and hiiigh price Got the super cali burrito but was disappointed in price almost being $17 for an average burrito. First pic looks kinda big, it wasn’t and there were hardly any fries. More like a carne asada burrito than a California burrito. Comes with sour cream but i asked without.

This is a small chain restaurant. The Cotixan over off of Genessee Avenue is AMAZING so I went to this location as I live down the street and it was pretty terrible to say the least. The service was terrible, I waited a good minute and a half for the employees (one looked and acted like a "supervisor") to finish their conversation about his brother's new car before I interrupted. I then was made to feel as though I was being rude to them... "How dare this customer ask for assistance!" kind of thing. I then ordered a california burrito without pico de gallo. The carne asada was pink, parts of the burrito were incredibly hot, burning my tongue, yet the fries on the inside were cold. Having burned my tongue was probably a blessing because I couldn't taste the two bites that I did take. I asked for my money back and tried to give them the "burrito" and they argued with me about why they were forbidden from giving money back no matter the circumstances, before I finally gave up and left the burrito on the counter. The hot sauce at the other locations is pretty close to the PERFECT HOT SAUCE, but this location definitely watered the hot sauce down, I assume to make it last longer?

I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL ADVISE OTHERS AGAINST IT AS WELL.

I literally live within walking distance from this place, but if I feel like mexican food I will get in my car and drive...

Lived in Southern CA my whole life and this was one of the worst taco shops I've ever been to. Service was mediocre and my 'enchilada' was literally un-melted cheese hastily wrapped in a corn tortilla with a dump of simple tasteless sauce on top. When I complained about the un-melted cheese inside, the person at the counter first tried to tell me there's no way to make it melt because the sauce is supposed to do it.

... really?!

Well, it didn't.

If you don't know how to make an enchilada then I have a simple solution for you, DON'T PUT IT ON THE MENU. Just because you don't know how to make it doesn't mean it's not possible to make. She eventually took my plate and microwaved the entire contents so I was left with microwaved half-melted enchilada and nuked tacos, which, to be fair, is probably better than a lot of fast food I've had in Europe, but compared to every other Socal taco shop I've ever been to...yeah, pretty bad.

**If the owners are reading this, I'll make you a deal: Just change the word 'enchilada' on the menu with 'Unmelted cheese in tortilla with sauce' and I'll take...
