After recently visiting this Subway location hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience along with my son and his friends was anything but that. From the moment we walked in, the service was noticeably subpar. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, making me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. After placing my order, I noticed that the employees were more focused on chatting among themselves, making videos and making the customer feel uncomfortable than on preparing the food. This lack of attention to detail led to multiple mistakes in my order. I had specifically requested a sandwich with certain ingredients, but when I got home and unwrapped it, I found that they had completely disregarded my preferences. Not only were key ingredients missing, but there were also items I had specifically asked to be left out. To make matters worse, when I politely pointed out the mistakes, the staff's attitude was dismissive. They offered no apology and seemed uninterested in correcting the error. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. Never didn't get better either even after I contacted the manager Lorna. Overall, this Subway visit was extremely disappointing. The combination of poor service, lack of attention to detail, and the wrong order made it clear that this location does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I won't be returning to this Subway, and I would advise others to be cautious if they choose to dine here. Read moreI’m no fan of Subway, but wanted to see for myself this business that’s gotten so much criticism on the NextDoor app. Fully prepared to challenge any poor service and expecting the worse I walked in the entrance at 3:45PM. I was immediately acknowledged with a pleasant greeting by a young lady. I asked her name and I think it’s Hadeem. Two other customers were waiting for their sandwiches wandering the store. I was promptly acknowledged and asked if they had any specials. After getting a quick detailed response I asked for a few minutes to decide. While waiting I looked around and the store was clean and all the ingredients looked fresh and neat. While waiting, I watched Hadeem skillfully sprinkle cheese on some bread before placing back in the oven. I also observed a sandwich prepared for another customer and it looked picture perfect. I ordered a turkey on wheat and selected the various condiments displayed. She prepared my sandwich quickly and skillfully. My only complaint is the micro thin slices of meat, otherwise all the other ingredients were added in adequate proportions. Just sharing...

But what really stood out was Angelina’s customer service.
She was incredibly polite, welcoming, attentive, sweet, and professional from the moment I walked in. She made what could have been an ordinary stop feel genuinely pleasant. It’s rare to come across someone who carries that level of care and positive energy in a fast-paced environment.
Angelina is the reason for this 5-star review—she went above and beyond and absolutely deserves a raise. Subway is lucky to have her, and I’d return to this location just because of the experience...
