HANDS DOWN, MY FAVORITE WING PLACE!
I haven't always been a chicken wing kinda gal, but I KEEP coming back for more here! I've only ever heard great things about this place so I was pretty excited when my friends were in town and wanted to try it out.
The first time I came, I split a 20 ct basket with a friend. We had Seoul Wing, Dirty Ranch, Lemon Pepper and Fireball. Dirty Ranch and Lemon Pepper were my favorite from this basket. I came back with my fiance a few weeks after and I just craved the Dirty Ranch wings, so had a basket of 10 to myself. Hahah!
The last time we came, we came on a Monday night during the AYCE wings. I mean, HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF AYCE WINGS? I literally saved my appetite for this night! It's on Monday's from 6PM to close and it's $13.99. They first bring out 10 wings and then 5 per basket after the initial one. Also, you only get carrots and celery on your first basket.
They've got great specials throughout the week: Mondays: AYCE Wings 6pm to close Tuesdays: 1/2 off wings and domestic beer pitchers Wednesdays: 1/2 domestic beer pitchers and pizza 6pm to close Thursdays: $4 Craft and local beer 6pm to close Fridays: $3 wells and domestic pints 6pm to close Saturday & Sundays: $15 domestic buckets | $10 Champagne Bottles | $2 Mimosas all day
Service is ALWAYS fast and great, so come ready with your appetite!

Read moreI used to come to Dirty Birds often over the last 8 years, but the prices are diabolical at this point. A 10 piece wing is $21.50 during regular hours. Paying $2.15 per wing should be a felony, but that's not where the price gouging ends. They now make you pay a 4% surcharge for all meals and they have increased prices on the menu, so we're just getting double hit on the price increase. Oh you want ranch with your wings? That'll be $1. The Happy Hour menu has gotten way worse as you buy one get one 50% off. Just for some quick math buying 20 wings during Happy Hour costs about $1.80 per wing and $2.40 per wing during regular hours. This includes surcharges and taxes, and not tip. This place price gouges and tries to confuse with menu "specials", it's a shame it got this bad. I've never seen prices so high for wings. Wings are fine dining according to Dirty Birds. A 4% surcharge should be illegal. I will not ever come back here until prices are fixed. I hope this review helps the average person really understand what is being done at Dirty Birds. Also, the service is never great. I always feel like I am bothering my waitress when asking for something. Beer taps need to be cleaned. The bathroom is disgusting you need to supply customers paper towels in a wing restaurant....
MAKE WINGS...
Read moreI visited the restaurant in P.B. 10 years ago and decided to try the one near the college area. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The restaurant should switch to counter service, as the wait staff was unhelpful. I mentioned it was my first time there, but he didn't go over any specials, explain the menu, or ask what I was in the mood for. When I ordered water, he seemed upset.
I was there with my 13-year-old son, and the place had a sketchier and dirtier vibe than I was used to. The tables were sticky, and the menus were worn and weathered. A dirty front of the restaurant always makes me worry about the cleanliness in the back. Despite not being busy, the service was slow and labored.
We received our wings, but there were no napkins or water. I had also ordered a beer, but it never came. My main concern was getting my son something to drink and some napkins. When my wings arrived, they were all flats and no drumettes. I asked the waiter to take them back. Trusting my instincts, I decided not to eat there to avoid any potential health issues.
I asked to speak to the manager and told my son to wait in the truck. After waiting for 10 minutes, no manager came out. I will never go back to this restaurant due to the sketchy, dirty environment and apathetic...
