I always go to this place with my girlfriend because we like to study here, but we were very disappointed today. We bought three different drinks and we asked for water but the girl at the register said that they only are allowed to sell the bottle water?? after we bought three different drinks she can not give us some cup of water? Also, another customer came in, who is apparently a regular. She asked for a regular milk tea, but the lady at the counter thought she wanted her usual (taro milk tea). When the customer told the lady her mistake, she said "Well you usually get Taro milk tea" and refused to remake the customer's drink (note: the Taro milk tea is $4.25 and a regular milk tea is $3.50). When the customer left, she was audibly ranting to her coworker about the incident, which was very unprofessional and unnecessary. After this experience, we will go elsewhere when we want to study at a boba place.

The business rebranded to SAYAKA TEA, but the owner is still the same funny, sweet lady! Always a good time and conversation with her! Congrats on the new name, Co! I’ve been coming here since they first opened and on today’s visit, I got the peach ice blended with lychee jelly for the first time — it has a very refreshing peach flavor and the lychee jelly does make it a tad bit sweeter. My go-to is usually the honey black milk tea with boba that’s pictured on the right or Hawaiian fruit tea with 30% sugar. Thank you for serving delicious tea and boba to the community!

Service here was great! The woman was so nice and the inside is so cute. This place is a little low key though but if you find it then you’re in for a treat! I love that they only have non dairy options for their drinks! Dairy can be very filling and limiting for some. I got a Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea and a Taro Pearl Milk Tea. Red beans not for me at all.. but the tarp was perfect!

Been here 7 - 8 times with mixed results. It's only a few blocks from my house, so it's convenient more than anything. Employees are always nice, although at least one of them doesn't really speak English. I almost always order less ice but they still fill the cup more than half full. Not sure why they ask and don't bother to do it. Switched to no ice for most drinks now. Today is the second time I've been here and they didn't have Boba ready. It's 11am and I have to wait 15 mins for Boba to be cooked at a Boba drink place? This just says the owner is cheap and doesn't make enough to last because they don't want to throw any out. Their "tiger" milk tea was pretty bad. Literally tasted like milk with brown sugar, no tea flavor, not "creamy" like most places. I suspect they actually use all milk and no half and half or cream. On top of all that the owner didn't give me $3+ in change or a receipt until I asked for it. This was after she brought my drinks. Typical of small places trying to pocket cash sales, but at least give me my change. Unfortunately, this will be my...

So, after the Owner attacked me and my last review, I decided to give this another chance. Let me start off, I KNOW handcrafted milk teas. I KNOW what made to order is and let me tell you, ONE person working behind the counter is not going to make your customers happy. I walk in to ANY other Sharetea or ANY other boba/milk tea establishment and there are MORE than one behind the counter. At 530 on a Thursday, you would think there would be more than ONE working. Staff your location appropriately! Please! Ding Tea, 5 minute turn around with a line and packed! I will not be back until staffed!

Comment from Tina S. of Sharetea Business Owner 11/8/2018 Hi Andria S. First off...thank you for you business . Secondly for 10minutes of your time to wait for a Fresh Handmade Boba Tea cup it’s nothing ! We do have worker in the back for preparing other necessarily need to bring to Our Customer the best quantity product . Life will be so beautiful and easier if YOU or other think wisely....take it easy and take a good care of yourself...love Sharetea...
