This place is horrible. Weāve been ordering pizza from them for camps and other monthly kid events for about 12 years. The first 10 were great but the last 2, not so much. In the past 2 years I think weāve received maybe 5 orders that were correct. Thatās a lot of orders missing items or delivered extremely late considering we order from this Dominos 20+ times a year. About 8 months ago they delivered our order 1 1/2 hours late. How? Weāre only 1 mile away from them.
Tonight was the absolute worst. The driver (Abdul) didnāt bring all the items we ordered. When I asked him to go get the rest of our order his response was āthatās not my jobā. I then asked him for his stores phone number so I could call to get the missing items sent out, his response, āitās not my job to know the stores phone number. You have a phone, look it upā and he walked away. Arenāt these drivers being paid $20 an hour now? Weāre moving on to another pizza place. Thereās way too many pizza places in this area to continue dealing with this.
UPDATE: So apparently Dominos sent out the missing food items but the driver didnāt let us know when they arrived. The driver just left the food outside the door to our business on the cold concrete. We found the food as we were leaving for the night, 2 hours after we needed it. The Bread Bites (the missing item) had been sitting outside for so long they felt like they had been refrigerated. I guess it was too much work for this driver to actually do their job and bring the food inside. I done...

Via the tracker, got the message in Quality Check at 6:48.
At 7:45 tried to call - repeatedly with no answer. Noticed also that they had taken down their internet order page, saying to call in an order.
Went to the store, arriving ~8:00 PM. There were about 8 of us outside the locked door - signs saying they don't let people into their lobby for Covid safety (reasonable), so please call - which doesn't get answered.
Finally someone comes to the door to get info from just two of us at a time. After a few iterations I get my pizzas taken off the to-be-delivered list and brought to me.
I get that they can be short staffed (which is why I ordered early). But they could have a much better outcome if they would just stop hiding behind the counters (working I do understand) and have the manager talk to us.
Tomorrow I try to get my delivery and tip fees refunded...
