Donut Star — Restaurant in San Diego

Was just at this establishment to purchase 2 dozen glazed doughnuts and 1 dozen assorted doughnuts. I asked the attendant (old Asian women) if I could try one of the doughnut holes and she said. NO. I asked if I could buy one to insure that I wanted to purchase the 3 dozen doughnuts for the office that I came there for, she said NO and that I would need to buy 12 of the doughnut holes. In my opinion, this is NOT good customer service and will NOT ever grace this establishment with my presence and I will make sure anyone that I know will never go there again as there are many other doughnut establishments within a few blocks from there. I went to one of there competitors within walking distance and they gladly allowed me to try one of there doughnut holes and it was delicious. I bought 3 dozen of there doughnuts and she gave me 1/2 dozen extra and I gave her a $5 tip. Hopefully they will read this and get a clue on what good customer service is. BTW... they also need to hire a cleaning service to clean the place up. The windows and behind the counter & I'm sure the food prep is filthy! I'm surprised they...

They're donuts are nothing special if you're looking for something else you might want to look for a more exotic type dessert place I may have done reviews so you can check through mine, One time I went there and got home open my donut box and there was roach wings inside of it I don't know if they were in there before or after the box was constructed but either way all the donuts were dumped in the garbage...
