Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Diego

Fast, Friendly, and a great group of young people. It's a pleasure going thru the drive-thru, I only have to tell them my order once and it's right the first time. My orders have been correct 99% of the time. And if the food wasn't as I wanted or expected it to be, the manager made it right. The employees are always polite and courteous, and have been flexible when I had asked for a favor on what coins I wanted for my change. They were happy to accommodate my small request, with a smile and the few extra penny's I needed. That is good customer service, and that's what keeps me coming back. I recommend this fast food restaurant for It's good customer service and the vast menu of things you can order.

Saturday morning 2/26/22 Freezing cold morning. Headed over to get breakfast decided to go inside thinking the place would be nice and warm. WRONG. It's as cols as the outside temperature. I ordered a large coffee and the Loaded Breakfast sandwich with hashbrown. I am freezing inside the place. I'm now so cold I'm starting to shake. Why did I ever get out of the car? I needed to use the restroom. Which had about an 1/8 roll left on the one roller. Then no paper towels. Forced to blow dry. I was waiting to get the coffee, as the manager was struggling to unlock something. I had to ask again I'm freezing in here could you please get me the coffee. By the time I got the coffee and food I had gotten way to cold. Had to eat the food in the car with the heater on full blast. Cost me 30 minutes before I could drive. Okay may 15 minutes. Here I came to sit down to enjoy a breakfast in a nice warm restaurant, instead I find myself again sitting in front of the stearing wheel of my car eating breakfast. Damn Virus. And what's up Jack? Frozen customers don't make for good customers. At least the coffee was hot and the food was delicious and was hot as well. A on A+ on FOOD, and. D on your FACILITIES restrooms TP short supply and no hand towels. What got you was the room temperature of you seating area. Subzero temperatures are not a good thing when you're trying...

I do remember Jack in the Box Tacos having more protein and vegetable mix having more of it. The amazing part, after 20 years, they still taste the same. Yes, that is how long it has been since I've had them.

They crispy and tasty but needed more of that protein mix. I also had an order of onions rings. Yes, it was a cheat day, and they were good. They too were crispy and tasted quite good. I was glad to learn that they still use whole onion rings not chopped onions as some of their counter parts do.

I feel nothing but sorrow for the Asian guy who works nights (wears a bennie). He seems like he is lonely and you can tell that he is not a "people person", this is reflected in his D- customer service. He does not enjoy what he does. He should get another job or perhaps go to school and get a college degree. Changing his job or going to school might bring light to his soul. Perhaps a therapist? A psychiatrist? Anyways, this review has gone to long, I will end here. I will legit pray for you Asian...
