Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Diego

Whenever I go to this jack in the box late at night there is this one guy at the drive thru window who is really rude and has the nastiest attitude. We never say anything because we just want to get our food, but today he was horrendously rude. Me and my boyfriend pulled up to the drive thru, I ordered what I wanted and since my bf wasn’t ready the guy rudely told us he had too many orders online and tell him when we knew what we wanted. We said okay, we would let him know when ready. We told him we were ready, he didn’t say anything and we waited. We said we were ready again and he still didn’t say anything, we waited some more before saying hello? And he rudely said “I told you guys to wait, i have orders online” we told him we had waited and just wanted to finish placing our order, to what he said again “ yeah I told you guys to wait” we asked for his name and he refused to tell us, and continued to tell us to wait, we asked his name again and he left us talking alone in the drive thru and closed the window on our faces. He did not take our order, told us his name or came back to the window. If he’s unhappy with his job, he should work elsewhere instead of taking it out on customers. If he’s understaffed then you guys should accommodate enough staff to work at night during rush night hours. Meanwhile you have horrible customer service at your window...

Bella the front end manager is part barista, bar hop, concierge, bouncer all wrapped into a beautiful petite sassy burrito. I got yoga mat jacked at Bruggers 🥯, treated horribly by 4/5 lame new personal Banker Dudes at Citi & got coconut matcha wasted at @Better Buzz Cafe w/ Bailey my new BFF bestie. All that to say I was tired, hungry & defeated after trying to impress the wrong fools at the bank. I went to the ladies 🚺 room & swooned to George Micheal after sitting out in the heat and trashing every lame dude who ever dismissed me. I'm sure I sound wasted & bitter but I just needed a safe place to land after 3weeks of torture from the mann.

For some reason your staff for overnight really needs to be replaced. As a veteran I know I show my military id as proof for the discount. To some it may not be much and I understand but to me in sd every penny counts. On multiple occasions I was unable to get lunch due to your staff not wanting to give me the discount after I providing my ID. The first time the same guy from Claudia’s review three months ago actually told me they don’t have military discount, then he proceeded to tell me it only applies to drinks. Why is he still there?…then this morning around 2:35 am the Hispanic guy with the small white gauges tells me he needs to see my id for verification…excuse me since when I know it’s not in your policy. So as I’m telling him I never had someone ask me that he begins to tell me he has a right to refuse service if there is an issue… the issue is your professionalism and not sure if the night crew has something against veterans but I just wanted some food as I work grave...
