I use to come here to this jack in the box always because its close to where i live. But everytime we come here in the drive thru they always make us park even when theres no cars in the drive thru and we wait like 10 minutes outside for them bring our food. So a few months ago we were at the drive thru and orderd a chicken bowl and jumbo jack and the girl at the window said go ahead and park at the parking lot again, but this time i said i rather wait here for my food only 2 item no combos. The girl got extremely furious and mad and was giving me bad attitude. When the food was ready she practicaly threw the bag of food at me and ran off. There wasnt any cars in the drive thru for her to be mad. We stood there waitinf to ask for salsa but never came over to the window even i was calling her. So a diferent person came to the window and only gave 2 salsas and i asked for more and he said theres no more! He refused to guve me taco salsas wich i know they have boxes of them cause i use to work at jack in the box. He kept saying theres no more salsas with bad attitude. So i figured ok what ever and left as i disnt want to argue with these ruse people. And today after a few months i decided to give this place another chance so decided to come eat here with my mom, on 4/28/2024 so.etime around 11:30am/12 i walked in the lobby because i figure they get mad easily here when people come to the drive thru and vetter i just order inside. As soon as came in the same short hispanic girl from last time came to the register and said we are not taking order at the front, she refused to take my order but it was because she was still mad about the drive thru incident and refused to take my order. She said we dont have anyone to take your order but i saw theres 3 different people in the dinning room area eating. I went up to them and asked all 3 different people eating if they took their order. And they all said yes, they ordered right there at the register. She was just bein a karen to me because we didnt park last time we were here. I undertand when they park you if you have a big order and drive thru is busy with cars but there wasnt anyone but me at the drive thru and it was 2 single items. This girl was just targetting me. And i have tried to contact the jack in the box corporatuon but they never answer their phone. So if corporation sees this message and they ignore and dont fire that girl i will file a lawsuit because i was discriminated by this girl, she refused to take my order. What she did is discrimination againts me just because of her ego. I miss coming to this place with my family to eat but with that girl there always giving me trouble i wont be coming back and all my other family and friends wont be coming here anymore either till they replace that girl. Im sure she be doing that to everyone not just me. But most people dont complain about. Sad because this place is just loosing customers...
Read more1st of all where's the touch screen cashier? Dealing with customers does not help maintain a high performance team when they are constantly demoralized by verbal abuse from schmucks with an exaggerated sense of importance.
I came here the other day for a delicious "Bacon Insider". In this particular patty there was a chunk of bone to chew on(yum yum!) As well as a piece of bacon fat nearly the size of a stick of chewed gum.
I'm increasingly of the belief quality control on burger patties is pumped up for the initial release and progressively slackens as the promotion approaches end of life.
I don't think this is limited to Jack in the Box, but between them using bacon waste as filler meat(genius btw) and what Carl's Jr did to the "6 Dollar" Patty over time I can't shake the belief that this is a deliberate and organized attempt by the fast food industry to "hook em and rook em"(after their food preferences have been established).
Since wages are flat I can understand it's not easy making nutrition affordable to us peasants. It would be nice if they could put a drive through in at Trader Joes or Whole Foods and we could all drive Teslas to work while wearing Google Glass to get out of "texting" tickets.
Since that's not likely on the horizon any time soon, how bout you guys throw us a bone and stack the deck at the SEC revolving door and get one of your boys in over there at the commodities exchange!

One person was taking drive through orders, orders at the cash register and also prepping food. I was second in line and had to wait 10 minutes to place my order. But the thing I am most upset about is the fact that this one person handled the money from other customers and myself. Then went and prepped the tacos I ordered, touching them with his hands.
