It's a Panda Express - you'll get what you expect. Fast, so-so food that will taste like you expect. Busy in the afternoon but not so busy in the evenings.

I am updating my review based on a bad experience. I walked in the store at 8:45 p.m. and made eye contact with an employee named Sal. He did not say anything to me or even acknowledged that I was there. After stirring some things and checking the computer he walked up and said what do you want? I asked for half fried rice and half chow mein. He said just a minute and walked away and then walked outside. He came back in and got something for someone who was driving by. He then started putting the food in the box without saying anything to me. When he finally asked what else I wanted, I told him orange chicken and Beijing beef. And then he started talking to the other employee who was cooking more food. I was super frustrated because I had waited over 5 minutes for him to get the food and there was no one...

Wasn't a bad experience. I placed an online order at 8:03 and was told via email pick up at 8:26. Walked in at 8:26 and went to the counter because my order wasn't ready so I let an employee know I was there and confirmed they got my order and sat down and waited. This is the confusing part for me. I wasn't sure if I had to stay in line to order in person and watch them make it lol or sit down and wait so I sat. More families walked in and they all got served which is awesome. But it was 8:43 when I walked up to check on the order. I got it at almost 8:50. Please do better and put those online order as a priority over people who came in after me? Never coming back to this location. Keep in mind again I placed my online order at 8:03....

First of all, I understand there is a fundraiser, so it's busy. Placed an online order for pickup at 541p. Get there at 540p waiting waiting. 555p I remind them about order. They say they are working on it ok. Check on them 3 more times. Watching the line of people ordering, eating their dinner and leaving. Other online orders picked up after they complain. 635p 55 minutes of waiting finally get food no apologies just hand me the bag and done. This is the second time at this location this has happened. Never again will I patronize this place especially since the food is...
