We ordered 3 sandwiches. The girl that was attending to us started fixing out sandwich but she doesn't seems to know what she was doing. It took almost 20 min for her to get our sandwich ready. When she added the veggies to our sandwiches but she was kinda slow sloppy on how she was preparing it. Then we waited for the cashier to ring us up so we can pay. When I handed out the cash, there was not enough change in the cash register to give out. So it took another 5 minutes to get some change. And then we realized she was only charging us for 2 sandwiches instead of 3. She said she misunderstood. She thought there we only wanted 2 sandwiches. So she had to go back and fix another sandwich that took another 10 minutes. The guy in the back, I think he was the shift leader at that time was just shaking his head as he was just watching his staff fail to do a good customer service. This place is chronically understaffed. We order from here pretty regularly and the staff is generally pretty friendly. I've been there waiting a handful of times and angry customers were taunted by petulant employee but I think that's a byproduct of the chronic understaffing. I'm only posting this review because I'm tired of entering an order online, leaving home at the time the site says the order will ready, then waiting 15-20 minutes after I arrive to pickup my presumably cold food that's been sitting since my time of arrival. Ownership or management is putrid at best. Go to the one on Pomerado in Poway. If it's the same owner... make your own...

Ordered through postmates. App claimed that it would be ready in 10 minutes. Here I am sitting in my car 40 minutes after I placed my order still waiting. The cook said that he was the one that got to set the time. I could have come in and ordered and left 3 or 4 times in the amount of time I've wasted here.
