disgusting food and a polling service. Avoid at all costs. I came here tonight based on recommendations from my neighbors at Olympus Corsair across the street. They kept raving about how great the food is. The moment I walked in Mexican lady who was sweeping the dining room stopped me right at my tracks while I was heading to the restroom to wash my hands before picking up my takeout order. in front of all customers, she says restrooms are for customers only. This was embarrassing because she said in a very condescending way. I told her I was there for being a customer and actually picking up an order for myself and my friends. Instead of apologizing, she took the fence and said that I don't need to get upset. Really? She just embarrassed me as soon as I walked in as a pain Customer. I end up picking up food and when we got home, it was really disgusting. Ordered the Birria Ramen and California burrito. The Ramen is not even worthy of my dog to eat it. California burrito was standard but dry. Experience. Was terrible

Not to bad. Prices are really good for the portion sizes (large). I ordered something very simple, quesadilla and BRC burrito and the ingredients were tasty and plentiful. They have good tortillas. There is a salsa bar, if you like spicy its for you. Good large spread out seating area. Wasnt to noisy or crowded feeling at lunchtime. It's near the small airport and Rady Children's Hospital making it an easy spot to grab food if you are waiting for someone or need to eat after a long day. They also do breakfast. Restaurant was clean, bathroom needed a little TLC and the staff was meh, but I'm willing to cut them slack, you never know if they just dealt with a Karen before I got there. Theres plenty of easy free parking. Overall, I'm full, and will return.

Went to Sharp's Memorial hospital and took a break from waiting for my loved one to be released from ER. Wanted to go to a Mexican place that was open late. To find the place using Google Maps took me to the strip of businesses, but actually finding the restaurant was tricky. There is no signage for any of the shops...maybe the strip is remodeling?? Idk. It took a kind person parked next to me to tell it was down the way at the end of the row of shops. I had the shredded beef quesadilla. The tortilla was hand made and delicious! The shredded beef flavor was mildly had the Mexican flavor, but when you add in the sauces, that's what made it taste really good! I would come again if I was in the area again.

This is our go-to place for Mexican food. But our last couple of experiences have been terrible. The previous time we ordered from there, we did takeout. We arrived, paid, and waited. After a bit, I started noticing that other people who came in after us, were getting their orders before us. Usually not a problem, but then I also noticed that there were a couple of burritos and Styrofoam containers sitting on the order up window that looked like our order. So i gave it another few minutes and still other people are getting their orders while we waited for our apparent order that was still sitting in the order up window. Finally I walked up to the lady at the counter and asked her if the food sitting in the order up window was ours. She was clearly annoyed and bitterly asked for my order number. It turns out it was our order and she bagged it and when I thanked her she said nothing and looked at me like I was just a burden to her.

Last night, we did a takeout order of rolled tacos. We got there a short time before they were ready. We paid, we waited a bit, they gave us the tacos, we made the 3 minute drive home, dug in and, surprise!, the tacos were cold and soggy. It was like they were undercooked and barely thawed in the deep fryer. It was so bad that I only ate one. And since then, my stomach has been gurgling and I've yet to eat anything except pretzels the day after.

Two bad experiences in a row. Since before the pandemic they were knocking it out of the park with their food and their service. Maybe they're exhausted or I just happen to catch them on two bad nights. But after what happened I'm just going to give them one more chance. And if they're not back to their excellent self then I guess I have to find a new go-to place for...

Le Fuente has a great menu and good options and flavours but unfortunately in the 30 or so times I’ve been there in the past two years my food has only been correct about 50% of the time. Today was pretty much it for me. This year yes 2024 each time my boyfriend has been to Le Fuente I’ve chosen not to get anything because I don’t want the hassle of dealing with it or them if (really more like when) the food is incorrect. Today he suggested we get donuts from next door and then once we were in the area he mentioned breakfast burritos and it sounded good today. Clearly my sleep deprivation clouded my judgment because I said yes to burritos. We got home and he immediately devoured his burrito but I wasn’t hungry yet. We were home for about forty minutes before I decided to eat mine and as soon as I cut it open there smack dab in the middle of my breakfast burrito was a ridiculous amount disgusting sour cream. Best part of this story is… THE REGULAR BREAKFAST BURRITO DOES NOT COME WITH SOUR CREAM OR ANY OTHER CONDIMENTS!!! You have to request it which my boyfriend did and I said AND the cashier actually put in no sour cream on mine. As I write this I am hungry and beyond annoyed that this is a consistent issue. I called the restaurant and they said they would remake my burrito. Great fine except now I have to drive back over there. Who the hell wants to do that when you’re already at home and settled in. I wrapped up my burrito and sent it with my boyfriend to the restaurant. They questioned where the other burrito that he ate was; why? What does the other burrito have to do with anything? I called about my ill-made burrito! It was remade and he returned with it. I have no desire to eat it now and done wasting my money...

Everything single time I have ord from here. The food is wrong. My bf food is always okay. But knowing how he is. He says al did is fine or good. Even when they get his stuff wrong. So no one cares for his review. But my food. I gave it many shots 5 years ago. And one day I said I was done. They would give me a store credit. But what's the use. I don't want a store credit for my food. They should be throwing in more than what was bought. They were and are not the ones inconvenienced everytime. I'm convinced those leaving for reviews are non Hispanic people. The Hispanics that eat and live this food everyday. So again. Today after my bf goes again workout telling me or simply not caring because nothing happens to him. For menudo. It's nothing but meat. No grano and the meat some of it is just fat. My food is wrong. I call. And some girl with an attitude tells me to call back. Because she supposedly cant her me. I call again. I'm almost yelling. Weird everyone else can hear me. The menudo Sucks. The arroz con leche sucks. Their burritos are dry. Medium so far. Sour cream doesn't go in burritos. The customer service sucks. They cater to the non Hispanics. Or Hispanics that are more white in character than Hispanic. Because lets face it. If you had Méxican food regularly you wouldn't want this. But i also get food is food. And some cant help it and not know. My bf is Hispanic. He looks like a nopal. But he wouldn't know the difference in food because he's had crap before me. 🤣 these reviews have to be...
