I ordered from the console, then chose the table tent # so the food could be brought to the table. The restaurant was full and I had my stroller and my 6yo. The seating in this restaurant was strange to begin with. Not many spaces that would accomadate a stroller. I saw many tables throughout the restaurant with table tents (numbers), which indicates to normal people that those tables are occupied. We finally found an empty and clean-ish table near the main entrance of the restaurant, which didn't have very much space around it for the baby stroller, so it was in the aisle next to our table. We waited for a very long time for our food. I could faintly here someone shouting out numbers around the corner. After, a long wait I finally left my kids at the table to go check on the food. There was my food at the counter sitting there getting cold. They apparently just make you take a table # for no reason because they had no intention of bringing the food to the table. The other tables that I thought were occupied really weren't....they just don't deliver the food, so the table tents don't get picked up. Then I brought our room temp food to the table and realized that I didn't get my drink cup. Had to wait in a line again to get a cup. Then since the restaurant was busy, had to wait in line to get a drink from the fountain. Once it was my turn to get a drink, the ice was low in the machines, so it was all watery. So basically, this is a serve yourself restaurant. Then I was trying to eat my food and someone else with a stroller was trying to go by and there wasn't enough room because the walkway was designed too narrow. So I had to completely get up and walk back up to the front so this other Mom and her stroller could get through. This restaurant was not designed with kids in mind. There is a giant playplace but most of those tables had the table tents on them or were already occupied. So, if I return to this restaurant in the future... I will just go through the drive thru to buy my son...
Read moreEnter the right lane of the drive thru and wait. Finally a guy comes on, asks about the app and then gone. Silence for a few minutes. The other lane is taking orders, order bye gone, and I’m sitting there. Guy comes back on and my order is two McDoubles (2 for $3.99) cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo - no fries - large Coke. It’s not rocket science. When I drive up to pay the lady says spicy McChickens….no not me. She then talks about deleting stuff and how did that get there…is she asking me? After pushing numerous buttons and yelling back to someone who was behind the bread rack, she asked me my order. I told her exactly what my order was, she repeats it back to me, yep, and I give her 9.99. I have my change and move one. The young man comes to the window with my Coke and is handing me the bag. I repeat my order to him and he looks at the folded over bag and say yes. I take my food and move on. I have now wasted a stupid amount of time over 2 burgers. Sadly. I was halfway to San Clemente and obviously running late. Reach into the bag and there are fries, and two cheeseburgers with onions and condiments I wouldn’t have ordered. So in the long run, I drank the Coke for dinner and paid $9.99 Ba-da-ba-ba-lame. Wendy’s gets my order right and the Frosty machine works. Do better or at...
