Nice Rice is hands down my favorite fast food spot in San Diego, especially in the UTC area! The dumplings here are always satisfactory, however the service is not. I went to go ask for forks to split dumplings within 5 or 6 people and the cashier started mumbling "oh my god" under her breath. She started explaining how we didn't need that many forks as there were 5 dumplings, and got frustrated as I expressed my needs.
