Have been having bad experiences in the past with these location..From wrong orders to the manager not returning my daughters money back from a returned big orderl This location is right near base housing.We live in the area,it's very convenient for us to go to.The managers from the past til now Are very unprofessional, don't know how to train the staff Handle situations, that arise at the restaurant The workers at this location are mostly young kids,Some are very disrespectful,don't know how to handle situationsAre trained well We are a military family,who have been connected to the military.For more than 80 years.Still have family members serving..I don't know why they are lacking discipline and respect .When it comes to customer service Since this location mainly deals with the military families.🥴The location always has a line or something going on With fulfilling the orders in a timely manner.Store inside is ok most of the time is clean to enter.Last night it was a hot mess,so was my orderThe manager was in attitude and bad customer mode.The young adults were loud,playing in the restaurant.When I entered the restaurant They didn't give me what I order on the coupon When I received it through the drive.I had to go into the restaurant I asked for the manager, anothe young man rproceeded to help me. I told him that I didn't get the right order. He proceeded to fix it. Then the manager approached me a young man With a very rude, disrespectful spirit.. He started to argue about the coupon and I stood my ground and told him that's not what is disclosed on the coupon Very disrespectful to argue with me over a coupon .Finally I got my order, left When I arrived home we proceeded to eat the chicken it didn't taste fresh It was terrible...we couldn't finish it . We won't be eating from that location anymore.I won't mind driving to Convoy location.We prefer that one anyway.That location is one of the best ones in San Diego area. Not happy with the experience that I had last night.At the Popeyes located on Santos road, San Diego, California I will try to reach out again to corporate again .In the past that district manager for that store.Is very unprofessional from my experiences At least I thought that I was dealing with.The manager in the past gave me there info.The manager is no help, I noticed that the young man who was helping me did not have gloves on The majority of them were not in uniforms.The young girls that work at that location.They do have good attitudes work hard.Please all who live in the area be aware, careful eating at that location.,be ready for lots of attitude...

Update: Tried the new spicy blackened chicken sandwich. It was very good, but the spicy classic chicken sandwich is still my favorite. Also got a spicy two piece and biscuit. Excellent as usual. Update: Got a spicy blackened chicken sandwich and a spicy classic chicken sandwich combo with sweet tea and red beans & rice as the side. Everything was delicious. It's so ironic, in the same location, and I get home today, and 1 of the cocktail sauces has a slice in it. But the food was fantastic, the service was too. Thank you. Popeyes, please change your packaging for this to repeatedly happen. Last visit was a bit disappointed, and let me tell you. When you go through the drive thru, it's common to order sauce with your order. I drove home and realized they did not give me my sauces for my chicken. The two sauces they did give me for my shrimp order one was cut open, and I was not going to risk eating it. So I decided to put my chicken in the fridge and on my way home from work the next day I would make a stop order more shrimp and pick up the sauces for the order from the day before. So, I explained what had happened. So, the lady decided to make the call to take away one of my sauces for my current shrimp order in order to give me my two sauces they forgot the day before. How does that make any sense? She was quick to cut me off while speaking, wouldn't let me even say anything, and told me to pull forward. When I got to the window, I was treated like I was cheating them out of sauces they were going to use themselves or personally. Yes, we should check the order before we drive away! I'm not one of those who like to hold up the line, and it was already a very long day. Please drive thru employee put out sauces for each customer when ordered and be ready so it goes in the bag (double check before handing the order to the customer) and check them for cuts or open containers.
