Customer service is ALWAYS excellent…. It’s the lack of SOME cooks who either don’t understand or don’t care of what MILD and/OR NO to ingredient items that were suppose to be substituted AND PAID EXTRA for. 3 times in a row now I wasn’t given the proper order substitution and my Kung Po chicken was SPICIER THAN SPICY 🥵, which couldn’t be eaten. We asked for MILD, NO SPICE and was told “No problem”. That was a waste of $13.00+. It was beyond sickening to even try 3 bites. I had a stomachache for 1 hour after those 3 bites. We would of taken it back if it wasn’t for the fact we drove back to Temecula from the Murphy Canyon location and got home to try to have our lunches. PLEASE…. I love this location due to the staff’s friendly service, but mgmt REALLY NEEDS TO GET SOME OF THE COOKS EDUCATED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT MILD, “NO” and what customer service means. July 4th. Afternoon. ordered Asian Lettuce wrap to go. Have ordered that dish prior with success. NOT this visit The cook only gave 3.5 small pieces of lettuce to use as opposed to the usual 6-7 I've gotten previously. ( I went through that too quickly and had too much garnish left which is the opposite of my other experiences). For these finger foods the front counter young man ' forgot ' to pack napkins which caused a problem after I had driven away and got to a park to eat. ALSO - left out the sprouts. OVERALL - very POOR performance by this lackluster group. There was no one in the restaurant except myself. If this is the ' WOKE ' Generation then these people need to wake up and get off their cell phones and be more cognizant of servicing the customer and not being distracted. ...

We came about half an hour before they closed and my wife ordered the bourbon chicken. The lady at the register said it’d be about a 20 minute wait and told the cooks to make a bourbon chicken plate. The cooks looked upset and started speaking in Spanish very angrily to her. My wife speaks Spanish and understood him. He said we don’t want to make the grilled chicken after we’ve put it away. She turned and looked at us and said there’s no more grilled chicken left.
