Donāt bother going here.. they refuse to make coffee how you like it and theyāre rudeā¦. So, I was excited to try this spot and loved it except when I went to order my drink. First no one was there for a few minutes then, Lexi comes up and thatās when the experience was ruined for me. She lacked basic customer service skills, it basically felt like she didnāt want TK help me and that I was unconvincing her timeā¦.??? People that are coming to get coffee in the middle of the day are looking for a pick me up not someone rude and unpleasant. I still tried being nice to her.. said something a little funny and laughed but she would not budgeā¦. THENNNN to TOPP it all off ⦠SHE REFUSEDDDDD to add cream into my coffee ??? ā I asked can you add just a splash a cream with the oatmilkā and she flat out looked at me and said⦠ānoā ā¦. Iced MazapĆ”n Latte w/ almond milk and regular latte. Upon him receiving his order he told the baristas the order was wrong and the girl said no. He then went back and asked for a cup of ice and was denied a cup of iced to fix their original mistake - they asked him to order another iced mazapĆ”n latte. Once he did this, I felt like it was unfairly to have to pay for yet another iced coffee when the barista was in the wrong. I walked back with the hot latte and requested a cup of ice. They denied and said it wouldnāt be cost efficient as the cup and ice are money. They asked me to remove myself and take my cochinero and he said heād just completely ignore me while I waited for the second iced latte. (Order 74) Once I retrieved coffees I decided I no longer wanted the coffee as it was done in such aggressive manner so I discarded all 3 lattes in the trash can. My son ordered 2 coffees, a Mexican mocha and horchata cold brew then I ordered mine which incidentally was also an horchata cold brew, same size. I was order #50 and got up when they called 52. They said yours is not ready yet. By the time they were on order 54 and all my party was almost done with their coffees I got up again and asked politely if they had forgotten mine. The guy clearly seemed upset and asked to see my receipt and said they made it somebody must've took it. I explained my son had ordered the same coffee and he kept looking over at my table to see if somebody had it. I had clear view of all the drinks that were being made from where I was sitting and I know they didn't make it. Which is fine, people make mistakes. What really got me is that he started making the coffee all mad filling the cup all the way with ice, placed it in front of me with an attitude and said "here!" My point is, this was not my fault.
