Don’t bother going here.. they refuse to make coffee how you like it and they’re rude…. So, I was excited to try this spot and loved it except when I went to order my drink. First no one was there for a few minutes then, Lexi comes up and that’s when the experience was ruined for me. She lacked basic customer service skills, it basically felt like she didn’t want TK help me and that I was unconvincing her time….??? People that are coming to get coffee in the middle of the day are looking for a pick me up not someone rude and unpleasant. I still tried being nice to her.. said something a little funny and laughed but she would not budge…. THENNNN to TOPP it all off … SHE REFUSEDDDDD to add cream into my coffee ??? “ I asked can you add just a splash a cream with the oatmilk” and she flat out looked at me and said… “no” …. No? … “yes we can’t modify it anymore”… Like what??? What industry are you in? Voice of the customer? You make what the customer wants so that they come back??? Literally oddest and rudest thing I’ve never encountered anything like that before .. I was so appalled ..I just had to walk out.. if it wasn’t for my encounter with Lexi I would be back.. but I most definitely will not be back now. Sorry por vida… coffee is good (would have been better with the dairy I wanted) but customer service lacked in all areas so that...

4/14 at 2:30pm we were subjects of the worst customer service experience. The two baristas were rude and called their own coffee “cochinero”. My partner ordered two coffees order #67. Iced Mazapán Latte w/ almond milk and regular latte. Upon him receiving his order he told the baristas the order was wrong and the girl said no. He then went back and asked for a cup of ice and was denied a cup of iced to fix their original mistake - they asked him to order another iced mazapán latte. Once he did this, I felt like it was unfairly to have to pay for yet another iced coffee when the barista was in the wrong. I walked back with the hot latte and requested a cup of ice. They denied and said it wouldn’t be cost efficient as the cup and ice are money. They asked me to remove myself and take my cochinero and he said he’d just completely ignore me while I waited for the second iced latte. (Order 74) Once I retrieved coffees I decided I no longer wanted the coffee as it was done in such aggressive manner so I discarded all 3 lattes in the trash can. They said negative comments towards me and I vowed to never stop by at this coffee shop. I’m so disappointed in the way this was handled as a cup of ice could’ve been the end of...

The place is nice, the coffee is ok. The reason for my low rating is I went in with a party of 6. My son ordered 2 coffees, a Mexican mocha and horchata cold brew then I ordered mine which incidentally was also an horchata cold brew, same size. I was order #50 and got up when they called 52. They said yours is not ready yet. By the time they were on order 54 and all my party was almost done with their coffees I got up again and asked politely if they had forgotten mine. The guy clearly seemed upset and asked to see my receipt and said they made it somebody must've took it. I explained my son had ordered the same coffee and he kept looking over at my table to see if somebody had it. I had clear view of all the drinks that were being made from where I was sitting and I know they didn't make it. Which is fine, people make mistakes. What really got me is that he started making the coffee all mad filling the cup all the way with ice, placed it in front of me with an attitude and said "here!" My point is, this was not my fault. As a paying customer I shouldn't be treated with THAT type of attitude especially when I paid up front and left a 25% tip! I definitely will NOT be...
