Way overpriced for the quality and portion of food they give you. Also the majority of it is pre-made to make things fast, but service was still extremely slow and food came out cold. I can overlook most things but poor service I cannot. We spent $90 separately between 3 people. We each got a food item and a drink. I purchased a $7 fountain pop that can only be filled once by scanning the QR code on the cup and the coke came out clear when I went to use it. When trying to let any employee know about this and request a new cup, it was like pulling teeth. They thought I was trying to take advantage or something, even though the purchase was literal minutes prior and I showed them the cup full of clear liquid that clearly wasn’t coke. When I went for help, they ignored my requests and told me to ask someone else for help 3 different times. I circled back to the first woman at the food counter again because no one was helping me and I had been trying for almost 10 minutes. She finally rolled her eyes and gave me a cup without a QR code. So still no help because without the QR code, the cup is useless.

I can sympathize with being short staffed because I work in the public as well and normally I would just take the loss if it’s only a couple bucks. But for how over priced everything in the park is, I would like to get my moneys worth. If it wasn’t for the poor attitude and lack of help, I wouldn’t have even...

It is a Tuesday in the off peak time, very few people here. We have a Platinum pass and get a double discount coupon monthly. Since SeaWorld started adding 5% fee to all orders, we stopped eating here unless a coupon.

They also recently remodeled the restaurant completely inside. Previously you grabbed the food and they would charge you outside. Now you order off a menu and wait for your number to be called.

We got the ribs. The flavor was alright, but they were not warm, and definitely not fall off the bone. Very difficult to try and scrape the meat off the bone. The fries and veggies (zucchini green/yellow, and carrots) were next to each other causing the fries to be quite wet. Not a good choice to serve them together. Overall I'd give it a 4/10, no thanks.

The chicken tenders were warm and crispy as desired. The fries were not wet, but could still use a little more cooking. 7/10 and would order again.

They had self serve in the pump style dispenser, ketchup, mustard, BBQ sauce, & ranch. The area was messy and the paper cups were very small, to small to fit either meets into. 6/10

My son asked for pickles amd the employee went to the back and grabbed him a small cup. 10/10 thanks!! Bumped this to ⭐️⭐️⭐️ vs 2.

Overall I would say my price of $23.xx was an ok price, but that is half the regular price. I would not eat here if it wasn't for the coupon and...

Got the $14.99 personal pizza, after standing there not seeing it and had to personally ask an employee for it. Service was below average, with employees pretending I was invisible, so I had to personally ask them to help me. Once I got my food, I bit in and thought there was way too much cheese, but it actually turned out to be undercooked dough that I had a mouthful of. You could imagine the disgust, I just hope I don't get food poisoning. Two of the people I was with got the same item and theirs was also undercooked. Luckily, I asked for a replacement and I got one. Although that was also undercooked. The inside of the "cafe" has 0 seating and is very poorly lit and unorganized, thus the given atmosphere rating. This was the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life, not trying to exaggerate The sauce was below average, cheese was flavorless, and of course the undercooked dough.

This has been a reasonable representation of my experience here at SeaWorld, overpriced food that is below average with a good portion of employees not giving excellent service. I'll probably give a separate, much more positive review for SeaWorld in general. The food is the worst part unfortunately, although this restaurants food is borderline inedible.

I recommend the bottled water because at least a separate company...

Decent food place in SeaWorld, second best. Tried the healthier option after eating junk all day, and the salmon was pretty good. The cupcake was very simple but nice and moist. No idea why the wait time is so long, they just premade everything and serve it to you right away but I still had to wait over 30 minutes in line.
