Their staff are always friendly! Which I appreciate. I come to this Starbucks because I work at sprouts off of park Blvd. now, this isn’t the first time I have an upsetting experience and I typically don’t write reviews, but I am tired of putting down $4+ daily just for coffee and in return I can’t receive the service I should be getting. The last few times my drinks were not made correctly and I didn’t even bother to return. If it’s not that it always turns to something else with this same Starbucks. Today I ordered a grande iced chai tea latte. Now, before a lady had four drinks so I understood why it was taking a little longer. Keep in mind I only ordered a GRANDE coffee. Once I pulled up to the window the guy did not greet me hadn’t even charged me and he had his back towards me talking to his coworker while his coworker was cleaning the lobby. If u can not multitask there is no reason for u to be on drive thru. People go through the drive thru to get through by quickly because it’s convinient and faster to get to work. I was waiting there for 15+ minutes. I had to leave with out my coffee because the guy was just not doing his job right. Read moreCame in on a late Sunday afternoon with my laptop to get some work done. Baristas stared me down coming in with my laptop. Did not say hello or anything. All the tables were empty. I searched for an area with an outlet and the barista said loudly there are no outlets along the wall. I asked if there were any at all and she pointed to a shared long table in the middle of the room that had one outlet on the floor. I tried to place an order at the counter and waited for 5 minutes for someone to look in my direction. I was the only one inside. There were 3 baristas working and all of them ignored me. Finally one came to get my order. It took them 10 minutes to make my coffee. The vibe felt like the baristas did not want anyone inside and working on your laptop while enjoying a coffee is not welcome at this location. This is unusual for Starbucks, I usually have an easy time finding a good table with an outlet and friendly customer service. Read moreThis has to be the WORST Starbucks on the block. The person working the drive thru window on 9/1/2023 @8am needs to work on her customer service. I order ahead through the app and paid for my items. Go to the drive through and inform them I’m picking up my drinks. By the time I get to the window I was given my food items and told “all set.” I then told her I’m missing my drinks, and she rudely ask if I ordered at the correct location. I confirm with her and show her my receipt on my phone. Then the girl at the window tells me the drinks are not ready yet, and if I can move and wait. I told her I cannot and she begins to argue with me about moving. After I waited and received my drinks, she could not even say “sorry.” One sorry would have gone a long way. Doesn’t make sense how everyone who was behind me at the drive through got there drinks made first before mine. This rude employee and my experience was the worst I have ever received.
