Read moreOkay, firstly, we had a DoorDash Order that we submitted a little after midnight that didn’t get fulfilled after almost an hour of waiting. DoorDash calls us and says that they have to cancel our order, so we try again but the same thing happens. I called Taco Bell to see what was going on and the woman on the line was no help, she said all they could do was have the dasher cancel our order. So we do, but because of my craving specifically for quesadillas even after two hours of waiting, we also get ready to go just pick it up ourselves. We were out of the house and in the drive through line by 2:45, already frustrated that they have already wasted hours of our time, as well as the delivery drivers. 3:00 comes, and the employees start sending everyone out of the drive through. We express that we were here waiting in line minutes before close, but the woman still kicks us out, as well as every other car, even the ones who were waiting next in line to order and had obviously been sitting there for 30 minutes plus. So now here we are, everyone having wasted hours of their time and frustration, for a business that wouldn’t even finish serving us. So they can’t be bothered to call their customers when they can’t fulfill their delivery orders, can’t be bothered to even finish your drive through order or ask how long you’ve been waiting, even when it is obvious we didn’t pull up at closing, before slamming the doors in our face. Read moreThe new cashier at the drive-thru was nice, and he asked the expediter if my order was made correctly since he couldn't see inside the bowl. The expediter took a lot of items out of 2 other bags as though he had no idea what he put in them, we left with 1 bag, and the expediter told the cashier to just "give the order its 7 items." Cashier looked like he didn't want to argue with his coworker, and we felt so bad for him. I ordered a power bowl with no black beans, substitute with refried beans. My fiancee ordered a crunchwrap supreme meal. We got my power bowl with black beans and no guacamole... some sort of burrito and a crunchy taco and all the side sauces. I called to try and ask for resolve but no answer for the last 45 minutes. This has got to be the 4th or 5th time we had a messed-up order. Usually, it's cold, miserable food or missing a drink or some tacos on delivery, so we decided to fetch it ourselves tonight, and that didn't work out either, unfortunately. We are convinced management may be the problem at this particular location. This location also never answers the phone.
