Subway — Restaurant in San Diego

RUNAWAY!!! DO NOT EAT HERE I made my selection via the subway app, i walked in to watch the sandwich artist make my sandwich, i made modifications to my order and wanted to make sure they were adhered too . I got the sweet onion, but i didn't want the sauce .i walked in , and was greeted and then ignored while she made the sandwich i seen her put the S/O sauce and i politely asked her if it was my order and then proceeded to tell her i didnt want the sauce . She made a comment like well thats what you ordered i said i know what i ordered i made modifications and if you look at the receipt youll see what’s supposed to be on there. She made another comment about wasting the food and i said thats not my problem. She became rude and irate and was like well on the app you shouldve said no sweet onion i explained it to her and tried ti show her and she wasnt hearing it at all . She continued to yell and when i asked for the manager she said im the manager i said well the way you are speaking to me isnt okay . Her name is LINNY. My fiance, my fiance's mom,and I ordered 4 sandwiches. As soon as we said 4 sandiwiches server Jose C said woow that's not nice for night sift. Then he started being rude by saying hurry up hurry up I need to get done fast. We staid calm and we finished our order. then I asked for spone he said very angry why do you need for? Then he said you not going to get it. You dont have soup so you dont need spone. Then I said please give me a spone he made fun of my accent. The workers are very much engaged in your interests of your wants & they're going above and beyond the guidelines of customers service. The place is located right next to the 805 freeway entrances, as well as exits open 24 hours a day. For it is a very small & is a right on the actual corner of being between the West side of the 805 freeway where the southbound onramp is located as the Chevron station that is located right across the street facing the south part as the Subway is on the Northern end of the part of the bridge before the location of the eastern part of the bridge that has the Northbound onramp.
