I recently dined at Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd in San Diego, California. This experience took place on a Saturday, August 3, 2019. To give a bit of insight into my history with Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd. I was a very good customer, that, not only showed up on a daily basis to spend my hard earned dollars, but, I also went out of my way to make sure my coworkers could enjoy their cuisine as well. About six months ago, I dined on my day off, with my small child. We both got terribly ill from their food. We were both out of commission for three days and even feared for my daughters life, at one point. I was suffering intense hallucinations, so I knew she was as well. A one year old should not have to go through this, ever! I even went back to Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd to tell them what had happened. Always taking the high road personally. So stupidly, many months later I found myself using improper judgment and decided to dine, by myself, once again with Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd. I originally had purchased a bean and cheese burrito and a large Jamaica drink. When I got home I proceeded to dine on the “food”, that Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd had prepared for me. I immediately noticed that the beans were cold and contained no salt. The flavor it did have, tasted “off”. I threw it away after 3 or so bites, but that was all it took. I didn’t expect to be back in the area that day, so I never thought to save the “remains”. But I did find myself back in the area and I proceeded to tell the “employees” of Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd about my experience. I was immediately told I couldn’t have my dollars back. Needless to say, my disappointment was now being joined by anger. All the dollars I had spent, as well as all the extra business I had made possible for Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd, I expected a quick fix and an apology. I did not receive either. So anger trumped by hunger, I purchased a cheese quesadilla and a basket of French fries. The quesadilla was dripping with grease and the French fries were uncooked. I threw both away after a few bites. I then promised myself not to make such a stupid mistake again. Early in the night I awoke to spinning, that quickly turned into a all-nighter in the bathroom. The hallucinations were just as bad as my first experience, and the nightmares ensued out both ends all night. The next day, a little shaky, but bound and determined to get my dollars back, I proceeded to Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd, and was told that, not only was I not getting my dollars back, but eventually, after asking to speak with an owner or manager, heard the employees telling each other to call the police. Are you kidding me. Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd poisoned me, not once, but twice. I proceeded to call a second store for Taco Fiesta and was then lied to by a Taco Fiesta employee about the connection of ownership. The website and design of this business is clearly like the other two stores. I then called the third store and received no reply. My warning to everyone out there, DO NOT EAT AT ANY TACO FIESTA ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!! They clearly, could care less about the quality of their food and the customer service is not existent. The employees have extremely bad attitudes, and need to learn how to take criticism better. Zero stars and a million warnings. I would like to write further, but my time in the bathroom is far from over. Day two of this poisoning from Taco Fiesta on Mission Gorge Rd. Godspeed...

I was taking my car to the shop right next to taco fiesta. I decided to buy some rolled tacos and walk over to the shop to ask if they have time for my car today because their driveway was full and I couldn't t pull in. I swear to goodness not even 5 minutes into that this guy comes in going crazy asking who's car is parked in one of their spots in front of the taco shop (the owner) I go it's me I just bought food from you I'm trying to get my car here I'm not staying in that spot, with his horrible attitude he kept telling me to move my car.
For context the lot was empty. The only other car was one of his workers 370z(he was a nice worker). As soon as I moved my car into the shop he parked his truck there.. as if there wasnt 4 spots behind my car.....
It happened again when I needed to go back to the shop too. I don't care how cheap their food is🖕 they can keep that attitude...
Read moreThe food used to be good. Now the food is mostly cold & old. Hit & miss with service & they change the prices & the menu items. I use to get a number 3. which is a supreme 5 rolled taco which come with a drink. The last 2 times I went the price went from 9. To 10 to 11. When I make my order sometimes they give me a hard time about my drink & sometimes they dont. The time b4 my last visit the sunkist had dirt on the top as if they had been throwing them on the ground. This time I went the told me the drink is no longer included but upcharged me 3 dollars. I dont recommend they are trash. They dont clean up the restaurant is filthy. Expect to be taking advantage of if u hand them a card. CASH ONLY...
