Delicious chicken mole tamales. These are Oaxaca style which means they are wrapped in banana leaf. This makes for a tamale that has more moisture in the corn masa filling and in my opinion is the most delicious style.

This small cart offers chicken (plain or with mole), pork, beef, cheese, and pineapple tamale options. We had the pollo con mole and it was a bit more spicy than a typical mole. We loved it and ordered another one even though we had just eaten a few pastries at the panaderia down the street.
