I always come here and I’ve had nothing but a neutral experience. Tonight was That one time I decided to put in a moblie order straight after I come out of work. I get there and when I gave the lady my name and straight off the bat she seemed so annoyed. But we were nice to her. Then when we received our drinks and food, the Hispanic girl with bleached blonde hair at the drive thru window tells us “Next time wait more than 5 minutes when you put in your mobile order because there are other cars ahead of you that put in moblie orders” in a very rude manner. When we didn’t even say anything ..?? But of course hearing that I argued back and told her it’s not right for her to talk to us that way and that there wouldn’t be difference if we were to order right there and then. Then she said “what, you wanna talk to my manger? She told me to say this” and I said “No, but next time don’t talk to people that way if they haven’t said anything to you. And it’s not my problem if other customers are late to pick up tier orders” because at the end of the day how is she going to decide who gets their drinks first and tell ME what to or not to do. And I said “No thanks, i will do what i want” and she said “Oh what did you say?” And I repeated it. this happened at 9:25pm today.
It was unnecessary for her to say that to us if we never complained about waiting or not having our stuff come out fast. And I say it’s unnecessary because it’s not my responsibility to know if there’s other mobile orders ahead of me and how am I gonna know the order of who’s drink is gonna come first, for all I know this Starbucks could be dead. It really sucks because I used to work at Starbucks and I would never tell customers who came in early that they couldn’t come in early to check in on their drinks. Read moreAs someone who is fortunate enough to be able to afford Starbucks regularly (meaning I spend a good chunk of my low salary I make as a teen fast food employee 😂) I take my coffee very seriously. I really like going to this Starbucks with my mom because it's near the area but this market center is awful to drive around when it gets packed. We always have a hard time moving around because it's rlly cramped especially when the drive thru is busy. The customer service is always good, the employees through the drive thru are always very nice and energetic, even during rush hour. The drinks are pretty good, I think they're good for the time we go (when it's busy they tend to come out a bit rushed) but other than that I haven't been disappointed with the product. The main reason why I love this location through is because they use small circular ice which I really like, I enjoy muching on them when I'm finished with my drink, and prefer this shape rather than those big uneven chunks of ice other locations use, I think you get a bit more product this way too because other Starbucks usually load up the drinks with a bunch of ice to make it look like there's more beverage then there actually is. I don't consider myself too much of a picky person, so overall I'm very pleased with this Starbucks! I do recommend coming at certain times of the day to avoid a huge line in the drive through tho, that way they take time with your drink 🤭
Also my recommended drinks that I almost always get are either the "Regular Shaken Espresso" with an extra shot (if im tired and need the energy 😴) and replace with Oat milk (this drink is very similar to the Brown Sugar one but it has a stronger taste for my liking, and doesn't use the BS syrup) or a "Iced Matcha Latte" replaced with Oatmilk and add in Vanilla Cold Foam 🤗 (for when I'm craving...
Read moreI would love to give a five star rating to this location. This is my go to Starbucks and I have never had an issue Until today. This is supposed to be a Military family store, but to be rude to people in uniform is astonishing to me. Although it doesn’t make us Better than anyone by any stretch, but to advertise Military friendly and not respect Our time is a bit insane to me. 99.9% of this staff is absolutely wonderful and friendly and work very well under busy conditions… However, today the person who made Majority of the drinks had a real snobby attitude and no sense of urgency for the people waiting to grab their order so they could go to work. I appreciate the young lady who offered me an apology, but she shouldn’t have to apologize for the mannerisms of others…, but I do respect her for that and appreciate it! To the young lady, whose attitude didn’t fit in with the rest of the staff, I do hope your day gets better and you’re just a tad bit nicer to the customers. Putting my drink almost out of reach was unnecessary, Especially since you knew it was my cup I was waiting on.
