This is my local jack in the box so I used to visit often, in the past (2-3 year ago) was a pleasant experience to visit and eat here, but in the past 3-6 months I notice that the customer service has gone to waste. Im usually the person who grabs and go my food from most vendors, so I try to order on the as, or online to avoid loosing time ordering and waiting for the food, the last two times I visited has been the worse, I order as usual on the app, and arrived at the counters and the three crew persons, at that time, were busy, so I and a additional customer stood on the counter waiting for someone to come and help. we stood there more about 10 minutes being completely ignore by the three persons, they were quick to take care of the people in the drive thru but just ignore people inside the restaurant, the other customer was already eating with her family and she just stood there waiting for someone to fix something wrong on their order, and I having my order for pickup, just getting cold on the counter sitting there.
It was until the other customer spoke up in a upset tone that we got attention from them, I got my cold order and the customer I hope got her issue resolved because as soon as I got my order left cause I was late for work.
I stopped going here for that bad experience until tonight when i was just shocked of how much the customer service has gone down the drain. Tonight as It was already late, I decided to order from here instead of going for a Taco Tuesday place, because I wanted something quick and easy to grab and go. so I order on the app, i got a confirmation that in 15 minutes it would be ready. I Left my location at 11.30pm, the order should be ready by 11.45pm, I arrived there at the exact time, and at the drive thru there were two cars ahead of me. So I arrived at the speaker and said that I was here for a pick up order, that was easy, head to the window. from that time that was about 11.45 until 12.10AM, I sat on my car until I arrived into the window. Almost half and hour with my idle car waiting to be pass on my already ready for pick up order, I was at this time annoyed, but in a nice manner I just ask for my already paid order, some hot sauce and ketchup. Ahh and the name of the manager please. I wanted to say that they need more staff since both times it seems people are busy and understaffed, but to my surprise, when the person with a 184 tattoo on his arm, heard, the word "manager", his expression immediately went berserk, close the window and said, I'm not going to take this @$#@%, and didn't give me already paid food, neither the name of the manager. There were three cars behind me, also waiting. I try calling the numbers on the window, but this hour no one is picking up, so now, hungry, upset and robbed by the above described person, ALl i can do, while still fresh from this new experience, is write this lengthy review to say BUYER BEWARE! Is it even worth the trouble to talk to the manager? Maybe if they ever ready this lenghly, can better choose their staff or get them more help or...
Read moreToday I went to the Jack-in-the-Box on 28th St. I ordered from their advertisement menu a new stacked bagel. They told me that that sandwich was unavailable and that they wouldn’t start selling that until tomorrow or whenever the items came in. I said OK and I ordered a Boba drink. They said the Boba drink would be 495 five on the written menu. On the screen they attempted to charge me 524 for a medium size $1.25 extra for Boba and $.30 for caramel sauce. I told them I go to Jack-in-the-Box to get this drink all the time and there’s never enough charge for Boba. It’s included when you order the ice Boba coffee drink. They told me to pull up to the front they told me that that’s what the price was and if they had no control over that do I want it or not? I said no thank you may have your district managers name or your general managers number he said no you are welcome to look on Google Maps if you so need that information And leave a review through there. I said may I have the store number he said no you can Google it if you would like. I believe that this kind of customer service is only had in the middle of the Chicano neighborhood. It is very sad to see this and to think that because other customers do not speak speak fluent English that they can just up charge them very disappointed will not be coming back...
Read moreWorst Jack in the Box experience ever. Used to come here all the time and stopped about 6 months ago be cause they messed up my order on 4 different trips in a row. They also constantly ignore request for sauces and some how are always out of Buffalo sauce and ranch. After deciding to go tonight this was the last time they will receive my business. Pulled up and before even being allowed to order the man says they are only taking online orders. It was 10:30pm which is quite early for a late night fast food place. As go online to order the website said they should be open for online and drive thru orders at this time. When I pull up to the window the hours say the drive thru is open until 3:30am. The employees seem to not want to be there and want to do as little work as possible. Never again stopping by...
