Wei Wei is consistently fresh, fast and delicious. I've been ordering from them since 2015, and I've never been disappointed. Everyone who I've turned onto Wei Wei loves them, and when we saw them closed around COVID, and we saw mail stacking up behind the closed doors. We were heartbroken, hoping to find a way to communicate with them, to let them know how much we are willing to pour into them and rally the community to make the finances work so they could survive. After months, one day we noticed they were open again! We were thrilled! Now we make it a priority to order at least a few times a month, as do our neighbors and friends in the area. The group who works there are so thoughtful, kind, consistent - if you have dietary restrictions, they work with you. All of their veggies are crispy, fresh, made to order (not soggy and sad like at many restaurants) and the meat is fresh, not overcooked and always made to order. Everything tastes homemade, with sauces exhibiting a bright flavor pallet and interesting combinations you wouldnt expect (strawberry & basil). The crispy beef, chowmein, pot stickers are our favorite. Portions are generous for sharing, and sauces arent overdone or unbaringly sweet - they compliment the food, and all together taste wonderful. If you want something a little bit different but still Asian, with quality and freshness you can taste, try Wei Wei - you won't be...
Read moreThis is my second experience at this place. Not very satisfied. Portion sizes are great if you’re into that type of experience. This time I ordered crispy beef, shrimp broccoli and string bean fries. String bean fries were good. A little crispy and nicely flavored. The other two dishes, however, weren’t as satisfying. The crispy beef wasn’t really crispy and I ate it VERY fresh -as you’ll see in photos I ate them in the car. They tasted like they’ve been sitting for a while. And the sauce was WAAAY too much. Almost like a soup... It’s called CRISPY beef.. The broccoli shrimp was pretty much a soup. There was so much sauce. I know some people are into that though, so if that’s your thing... Eat here. I specifically do not tip until I experience a great dinner from a place -I don’t make much more than minimum. I’ve been here twice and haven’t had that experience. The last time I was here was months ago. Anyways the people are very polite each time so that’s why I’m not...
Read moreHad high expectations of this from all the other reviews. Even the smell of it was awesome when we were driving home! This just lead to a massive disappointment.
Fried rice: doesn't have ANYTHING in it. It is so bland and gross. Smells like a weird plastic possibly from container
Orange chicken: this was a soggy mess. The orange taste is good but then you hit a powerful vinegar taste which is horrible. Overly breaded. Just a terrible mess.
Walnut shrimp: taste is great but again, overly breaded.
Chow mein noodles: super bland and weird tasting.
Salt/pepper wings: this was the only good part of our meal. It has a great crunch and great taste. Maybe a little heavy on the salt for me but it was still good.
OVERALL: just walked past the leftovers in the kitchen and the smell of it turned my stomach. Will definatly...
