Where do I begin to express my gratitude and awe working with Tiffani and The Blooming Apron!? From our very first phone call, to the menu, to all the details she thought of, and how the food turned out was beyond a 5-star experience.

I hosted a women's business retreat in San Diego and needed a chef to cook nourishing meals for us all weekend. For me, it wasn't just about the food but the person preparing the meals because they would be in the house and interacting with us for a large part of the retreat.

First off, Tiffani is an absolute gem as a human. She is so easy to chat with, has a calm and soothing personality and we LOVED having her at the house. The retreat guests couldn't stop talking about how much they loved not only her meals, but HER as a person.

Her menu was beyond what I could have thought up myself. After our initial phone call where I told her what I was looking for, she sent over a sample menu within a day for me to choose from and adjust if I wanted. I had such a hard time narrowing down the menu because everything looked incredible. She uses local, seasonal and organic ingredients, and makes everything from scratch.

I specifically requested nutrient dense, anti inflammatory dishes that would keep us fueled and feeling grounded all weekend. We all felt so satiated and energized from the food she cooked. There was no compromise on flavor or texture even though I went with a lighter/healthier menu.

The meals were presented beautifully and she even made us refreshing mocktails to drink along with dinner. One day, she made us these gorgeous salads for lunch and even thought to put them in to-go boxes with disposable utensils in case we wanted to bring our lunches to the beach (which we did - it was perfect).

She is truly a pro at what she does and thinks of EVERYTHING. She was prepared, on time and very communicative with me.

I don't usually write reviews but what Chef Tiffani did was over the top! Incredible... We planned our wedding 2 weeks in advance and she pulled through and made it all happen. We're so greatful to have found her for our wedding. I was so scared to get our wedding dinner catered by a restaurant. I wanted this day to be rememberable and she made that happen. Our own private Chef! She cooked our meals fresh from the kitchen on site for a plated 3 course meal + dessert. Even built our delicious beautiful wedding cake on site and used flowers from my bouquet to decorate. From the appetizers, salad, dinner, and dessert..EVERYTHING fresh, farm to table, organic sustainable and local! Everyone at our wedding was like, "wow!" Everything she presented looked like a piece of art and was delicious. She was quick to get back to me throughout the process, thoughtful, thorough, friendly, consistent, on time and was willing to work within our budget. Chef Tiffani is a godsend! I had booked her, on a friends recommendation, for a small party at my house. I don't host dinner parties often and do not consider myself a chef by any means. So when my friend reccomended Chef Tif, I had no idea what to expect. I was floored at how professional she was, and how easy she made it all for me. She brought all of her own cookware, the food, chaffing dishes and cleaning supplies. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable and pleasant. After a quick tour of the kitchen, she got started and I returned to my hosting duties. Dish after dish came out of the most delicious, aromatic food I'd ever seen! My friend was unable to get a sitter for her son, who has severe food allergies, so he had to come. Chef Tif whipped him up something he could safely eat, in no time at all. After cooking for us all, she broke down and cleaned up the kitchen...it looked cleaner than when she arrived!! I 100% reccomend her to any and everyone who wants to treat themselves and hire a private chef. My expectations were met and far...
