Do NOT Go To This Horrible Burger King!!!
Manager today Thursday 12/12/24 about 4:30pm PST; refused to take my order at the register after seeing that the dysfunctional kiosk is missing several features including.....There's no option to customize fries and sandwiches, there's no option to pay at counter if you use a coupon code from the app. Wendy's and McDonald's kiosks HAVE those options.
She told me to avoid using the deals on their app in order for the kiosks to show the PAY AT COUNTER option. Utterly ridiculous. And she insulted me even more by telling me to otherwise walk around the building to the drive through and place my order on foot there in order for them to take my order at the register. Even after I informed her that the last time I was there a PROFESSIONAL employee (Brian Garcia) placed my order at the register when the kiosks had the same glitches. And he did so after taking a couples order who used a paper coupon. She still lied saying the register's don't take orders!
The lobby is filthy (tables, seats and floors disgusting with food, particles, dirt, dust stains).
They only hire Mexican's.
They are racist, unprofessional, incompetent, rude.
The managers have social gatherings with foods from home, in the lobby with old women and couples who's gossip about customer's.
The breakfast biscuits are hard and stale, even when you order telling them to cook them fresh. They cock attitudes when you obviously have them remake them or replace with quoissant.
It's no wonder why its faaaaaaar in between (months) that I go there and instead enjoy good service at Wendy's, other Burger King locations, McDonald's, etc, etc, each week. I will not be giving my money to this Burger...
Read moreOn October 10, 2023 at approximately 2:42pm. I attempted to order a water with a lid and a straw at the speaker with the rest of my order. The lady through the speaker kept it short and stated ima rushed and upset manner “anything else” I asked for the water a second time to confirm. The lady responded “anything else” in an upset rushed tone. I said that was it. She instructed me to go to the last window.
At the last window, the same lady hands me the food and soda but not the water. I advised her that I have not received the water. The lady proceeds to give me a small see through water cup with no lid or straw (the lid would not fit the tiny cup she was providing). I turned it down due to no lid or straw being provided. I asked her if she can provide me with a cup of water that fits a lid and straw. She stated “no we don’t do that.” I advised her that I attempted to order one through the speaker. I continued informing her that I attempted to order it twice and by ordering it, I was going to pay for it.
In an upset manner she began to grab a cup and was going to charge me $1.89. I advised her I no longer want to purchase anything due to the lack of respect and...

My husband ordered chicken fry 12 pieces for himself along with Nuggets, kids meal for lil one, and grilled sandwich for me. Hubby said, the chicken fry piece was tasting off. I suggested to him, let them know. He told the cashier a gentleman, and he didn't replace it. Mind you, if a customer complains about what they ate, it is not tasting good. The least you can do is give them something else in return. However, that wasn't the case. He had to pay for another item. It was International Men's Day, you all don't take these things into consideration. In hindsight, I should have gone and asked to speak to the Manager. That is highly unacceptable. Even if it was to pay the difference. I will not be patronizing this Burger King again, and we honestly do not eat fast food as such. School is out for children, give it a chance.
