Del Taco — Restaurant in San Fernando

A manager at this location, who pretends to be a wannabe boy. Showed no courtesy of my experience on visit/food service. I PUKED UP 2 tacos. I ordered 3 and my partner spit out the third taco and left half of it in the bag because it was DISGUSTING. So we knew the food was Bad. We went to "Get OUR MONEY BACK". Since the "manager" asked twice " What do you want?" "Where are (her) tacos?" Like I had to explained twice that I threw it up and we had the decency to leave half in the bag because that FOOD WAS PREPARED LIKE IT WAS SITTING THERE. FYI my first job had been a fast food experience, THE CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE AND COURTESY. And that she/boy manager had no effort in apologizing. All she said was "that's weird. That usually doesn't happen here." As if we were scamming her and making us feel guilty for eating rotten food. Im glad she did the right thing towards giving me a refund because I would have seriously sued or basically kept complaining like its my right to tell this review to who reviews this. I ordered a green bean burrito and to my surprise, there was a penny inside. As I bit gently I felt something hard. I thought it must be a chicken bone, but how could it be since it's a bean burrito. As I was looking for the "bone" I was completely taken back by seeing a penny. I was so disgusted! I immediately went to the restaurant to tell them what I had found, but was doubted by the cashier at the drive through. She did not seem concerned or even offer an apology. On the contrary, she made me feel like I was a liar or that I put the penny inside. I understand that there are people that may do such a thing, but I have no need to do this. I had to ask for a refund because she didn't even offer. She did give me a refund, but was more concerned about getting back the half-eaten burrito and penny (evidence). Multiple times she kept telling me that she would need the food back so it can be thrown away. I will not be eating at this Del Taco anymore or at any. Still feel the taste of the metal penny on the tip...

Ordered a chicken cheddar quesadilla. Repeated it to her 3 times. Got charged for it and still ended up with a cheddar quesadilla with NO chicken! Too tired after a 2 hour rehearsal to get back in my car and drive back over there to get what I ordered! This is not the first time this location has screwed up my order and I really don't know why I keep going back! Also, they can't blame it on being too busy because I was the only one in the drive-thru and there wasn't anyone in the dining room. I didn't have any issues ever with the Del Taco by my old place in Panorama City, but unfortunately it's too far now and the Glen Oaks location is the closest one to my new place. I think I'm done with Del Taco now since the incompetence level is so high and its no longer worth the aggravation! If I could give them zero stars, I...
