Graciana Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in San Fernando

Lousy food, try talking to them about problem they don't want to hear it, owner is just like them......... 4 18 19 that is the date I returned hoping it had changed, but no, bad service and food was warm not hot, too bad that its come what was a good place is just an old semi clean restuarant with less then fair food and service 12-17-24 I got talked into trying out Gracia a mexican restaurant again, guess what has not changed, table looked clean very sticky rice in booth bench, it took them about 5 minutes to just show up with a cleaning spray and towel, why these people serve lukewarm food is beyond me, every other place u go to they say careful plate is hot Graciana does not do that, just lukewarm warm food, I highly recommend YOU DO NOT waste your money here, there is plenty of other mexican restaurant...

This was my first time, and I won't be back. The food was decent, but the service was tremendously inefficient. It took a long time after we were seated for a server to come to our table with chips and salsa. It took a long time after that before she returned to take our drink order. It took so long after that to GET our drink order that another server eventually asked us if we had ordered. We repeated our food and drink order and eventually we got everything. When we were finished, it took a long time to get the bill and she never returned to pick up payment. I got up and stood at the register and it was a long time before anyone came to accept payment. I tipped 20% and I'm asking myself why. The restaurant was maybe three-quarters full. The staff just seemed to be bad at...

Saved by the great tasting Carne Asada. I was going to give only 1 star. My experience wasn't too pleasant. But for me the worst part was, me standing at the order station, an employee walks in, female employee, and she clocks in I'm guessing, walked right pass me, did not speak, nor greet me, or even ask if I had been helped. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning here. On top of that, they charge for a small portion if Salsa which is normally free. Why sell a taco, with no courtesy Salsa? What's a taco with no salsa? $14 for a 2 taco place, then you will have to pay for salsa. Over priced for me. The gentleman server who actually took my order was pleasant. And nice. Thank you to him. But overall not my vibe...
