We have been to this place many times when it first opened it was nice and clean . Over the last months it has declined the orders are always wrong, we ask to put thing on the side they don't. Today my husband came in and bought a few things including a bionico, the fruit tasted fermented and old not fresh at all . We pay a reasonable price for items purchased they should be of reasonable quality .

Nice place but the tables were sticky and dirty, the entry door makes a load scraping noise when people enter and there was trash on the floor. The ice cream are delicious but the one I got was cheese cake ice cream it had a taste of like a wet rag refrigerated taste. It was a lil over priced as well.

Best "esquite" in town and they also have a delicious fruit drink "Happy Hour" Mondays - Fridays from 3 PM to 6 PM! A huge variety of ice cream and paletas too! They will even add a coat of chocolate and a topping to your choice of paleta.

3/5/23 Never going here again. Tried to give them another chance but they just overcharged me for my two mangonadas. Will now be going to a further location rather than this one. It’s not worth it at all. Do not recommend this location at all! Go somewhere else.

Went this evening and they closed at 8 pm rather than the posted time of 10 pm

Another unpleasant experience.

Update: 2022, I went a few days ago and bought some mangoniadas. Price on the board with the food items is not what they charged me. They charged me extra and when I brought the price difference up to the the cashier he told me that I was wrong yet the board says otherwise. Not the best customer service, inadequate portion sizes, and doesn’t honor...

I never had a bad customer service until today when me and my mom went to go buy esquites we were waiting in line and we finally got help by a girl name Gaby we said what we wanted and she left to the back to bring more corn and then she left again and we were wating and two or three customers that were in the back got help right away while she was in the register doing who knows what like hello your customers come first and she didn’t even say sorry nothing who ever is the manager you have to keep on eye on her bad customer service from Gaby. I don’t think I would want to go back to...

The variety of ice creams and snacks are pretty good. I've been there a few times before. I prefer the San Fernando location - anytime. However, after waiting in line for 20 min (I don't mind, it's that delicious), one would think that the professional thing to do is to place a sign in plain sight for everyone to see that they are out of something, and let me tell you, they were out of quite a few things.
