They never get the order right today I went and got a burrito supreme and I found a piece of bone in it almost broke my front tooth I don't know why there was a bone in there but that is the only Taco Bell close enough to me the one time they forgot to give me my burrito I had to call the manager and they told me I could go in anytime and picked it up all I had to do was give them my name you need to train the people better to listen to the customer and repeat the order I had to repeat it three times my order we got 3 regular burrito Supremes with sour cream one box with the burrito supreme no sour cream and they still got it wrong I speak English very well so I don't know why they can't understand but like I said that's the only Taco Bell around my area that is closed I don't go there very often because they get the orders wrong and lots of them don't have the boxes with just a burrito supreme at Taco soda and now they have fries with it I used to work for Taco Bell for 10 years never got the orders wrong I did everything in the Taco Bells from cooking dicing orders register making a food we never had a complaint and this was the one on Maclay in San Fernando so the managers need to have a meeting with their employees or district managers need to go and talk to everybody and get the orders right thank you for reading my complaint...

Girl with fake eyelashes working the cashier/drive thru area - NEVER checks up on the front end counter. Tons of people were waiting in the 100+ degree heat today (no A/C at this location) with nobody attending to the customers inside the store. The orders were not coming out and nobody was even asking which orders customers were waiting for.
She also got my order wrong and I had to correct her not even once but twice - after waiting 35+ minutes at a “fast food” restaurant. After all the mistakes and carelessness SHE is speaking to me with an attitude. I had to do her job for her and was quiet/understanding about it and somehow need to tolerate her rude behavior. NOT HAPPENING. This is a horrible low-class place even by Taco Bell standards.
This location does not deserve patronage. Please don’t go here if you like yourself even a little bit....

As I waited for my order, which took 15 minutes, only three customers were in the store and two cars at the drive thru. She didn't apologize for the wait nor did she offered any sort of compensation like a free taco for the next order. When she handed me the tray I just said a sarcastic thanks, she turns to her coworkers and started complaining about how rude I was. I told her ''you as a a shift leader, is this the way how you were taught what customer service is?'' I've worked for in the field of customer service for 8 years and never had I talked back to a customer. She even walked away and said out loud to her coworkers she's not going to acknowledge to what I had to say and she's ignoring me.
