SO GOOD! I was gifted a small round white cake w white buttercream frosting from this---a purist's delight. This cake was THE BEST cake, THE BEST buttercream with no odd mouthfeel, only pure moist but not gooey deliciousness. I've paid $100 for a cake like this but this cake was far less expensive.
