I took my mother to see a noon play written and directed by a respected local writer, activist, and lifelong community theater supporter. The theater is beautiful and very intimate. We had a wonderful time. There's an art display in the lobby that is a must-see. There's also an opportunity to purchase local artist's works. Can’t say enough good things! The Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts is the heartbeat of the Mission! The place where all community is welcome and interconnected through the practice of shared creativity! Music, art, dance, lessons, performances, art gallery, theater, printing arts, podcasting and community meeting space! Plus the staff is super nice, friendly, helpful, patient, and fun!
