Café Bellini — Restaurant in San Francisco

I decided to give them a second chance and they failed again. First time I went I got there chicken pesto sandwich and am a picky eater and made sure to tell them how I wanted it. They failed to listen to every word I said about my Sandwich. Had everything on it when I gave them specific instructions on how I wanted my sandwich. Then I went again today got a burger also with special instructions, got my burger and once again they failed to get it right. When I told them it was wrong all they did was take all the condiments off gave me ugly yellow lettuce with still items on it that I did not want. I don’t understand why get asked if everything on it if there not gonna listen. Just my experience and wanted to share. Now am stuck with a burger not how I wanted and with less than 30mins to eat it due to...

So we ate here Saturday night around 11pm, I ordered the pizza and it was okay I've had a lot better. I also ordered the coffee, wow it was very weak. Then I had to ask for a refill and it was luke warm.They said they closed at midnight and they had turn the machine off to clean it so I guess the customers get warm coffee. You'd think they would ask all the customers that had the coffee if they wanted a refill before it was turned off, but our server didn't. By the way it was only 1145 when they did turn it off, nothing like making your customers feel unwelcomed. I wanted to try their desserts because they looked really good, but the prices were bit too high for my liking and for what you get. Overall poor experience, I definitely will not...

Me and my caregiver had a early lunch here and the pizza I had was not tasty at all and the sandwich she had was very small and tasted old. The female behind counter couldn't understand English at all and she told my caregiver the total cost was $19.00. I didn't understand what she said until I seen receipt and it was too late. Way too high of a price for the sub standard food and service. Now my credit card shows a $25.00 charge. If not straighten out by morning I'm contacting...
