I always have a great experience here! The place is clean every time I come in, and the staff are warm, friendly, and welcoming. My expectations for sandwiches are high, and this Subway always meets them. Ingredients are fresh, and my go-to chicken and bacon sandwich is always on point—the veggies are fresh, the bacon has the right crunch, and the bread is soft inside and toasted outside. I went today during lunch hour. There were 2 employees and only one of them was trying her best to prepare sandwiches for customers in line and helping the people that had online orders. The other employee was in the fridge and doing other stuff other than helping with the long line. Regardless of the rush, the employee helping customers had the best attitude and was making the best out of the situation. I used to go here for lunch while I was a student and working at UCSF. Same quality and selection you get at other Subway restaurants. There is usually a long line during lunch (especially starting around 12) so beware! However the workers have the process down and the line goes pretty fast. There are some tables inside so you can sit and it's fun to watch the cars try to get in/out of the really tight parking...
