This is unfortunately some of the worst Mexican food I've had in the Mission.
Granted, there's stiff competition.
First, the chips were stale and of the quality you'd get at a movie theater or a baseball game.
This may work for captive audiences, but it won't in one of the Latinx cultural bastions of the US.
Second, there were many weird and not tasty choices made: for example, they used spring greens that didn't hold up very well compared to romaine or iceberg.
They also put rice on our nachos which is both unorthodox and not yummy.
The burrito was similar--a mixture of soggy spring greens and improper ratios of expected ingredients that weren't seasoned flavorfully.
Lastly, though the cashier was friendly, she tallied up my bill by hand incorrectly twice. First, she tried to quote me ~$43. When I explained that nachos, a burrito, and a sparkling water added up to roughly ~$20 per their menu, she requoted me $32. Um...what? This wasn't a haggle, it was buying food at a restaurant.
