The food's decent, they give a lot of meat for the rice bowl, though I do wish they add some vegetables or pickled stuff in there so there's more of a contrast in flavour or else it's just meat & plain rice and more so that the proteins here are seasoned quite salty. As for drinks they really don't deserve the price they have in my opinion, (as of 2025) they're 4$+ for a small cup, and you need to pay a dollar extra for large one, all for a milk tea that's really not that profound flavour wise. The service is bare minimum, it's fast that's the positive though the food is definitely not made on order; here's a trick, don't order on the machine, they put tips on on default, and if you're not careful you might get charged a lot more.
