Bad hygiene , bad practices, bad service . I walked in here for a new set in august , before school was supposed to start. I asked for French tip acrylics, and there were only two ladies (who apparently is always operated by just them). While I was getting my set done , the two ladies kept exchanging between one customer and I to do both our nails , and I was confused why they couldn’t just focus on one person , (switching every 5-10 min) this became very noticeable in the outcome of how my nails looked, they even looked like two different people did it ! The lines were so wonky and thicker than some others, and they didn’t seem right … As they were doing my nails, I observed that they reuse the same materials & don’t clean them. They still had other peoples skin/nails and looked incredibly dirty. I had to come back a week later when my nail broke, and the file they used was the exact same as well as the gunk on the cuticle cutters. Not only was it extremely unsanitary, but when they remove your nails , they don’t even SOAK THEM. The lady ripped them off dry and caused my real nail to rip off my skin and my finger bled. I cried in the shop for the way she kept yanking them , and she kind of just gave me a look. It is now October , 2 months after the set was done . I am still needing to heal my nails as they have never been so extremely damaged (bits of acrylic are still stuck in the finger they tore the nails off of) . Not only would you be saving your money by avoiding this place , but also you are avoiding injury...

My moms 80th birthday is coming up. My two sisters and I took her to get a manicure done. All of them were happy with their Mila except me. Maybe because I was the last one to be seen I felt rushed to decide on a color, she had more customers waiting I guess she just wanted to see the other customer so she just simply asked me if I wanted my nails like my sisters. I said yes. So I’m talking to my sister about her nails and when I see mine...they are wayyyyyy short. (Acrylic nails). They look horrible NOT at all like my sisters. I showed my mom and my sisters my nails and they laughed at my short tiny nails..I paid my $35.00 but then I told her that I didn’t like my nails and she got upset...she told me I should of said something.. i asked if she can take them off and she said I had to wait at least 2 weeks.. now the day of my moms party I am on line looking for a place to go to take these...

Absolutely the worse service I’ve had. I went in for a french tip acrylic and it was far from what I wanted. I noticed Yvonne CAN be nice at times throughout my appointment (this was my first appointment), but afterwards I see that she has a big ego and doesn’t like to take correction. When I asked for the French tip not to be dragged down the sides of my nails because I wanted them to end at the corner, she told me no because it wouldn’t look right. I wanted a square shape and when I asked her to sharpen the nails on the side (especially the thumb cause it was more duck shaped) she was hesitant and barely shaped them. I asked her again and she barely tried then told me, “okay”, as if “enough” then started putting the oil and lotion on my hand to get ready to charge me for service. The French tips aren’t even the same. Some are curved and some...
