I’m a Realtor who hired M&J cleaning services for my client’s who were moving in to their new home. The place was filthy and they did an amazing job getting everything to look spotless/new again. I called multiple places around the Bay Area and spoke with the kind owner Mauselio who booked me last minute at a very reasonable price. My clients were very happy with his services and are comfortable enough now to move in to a clean home. The cleaning services did not take long at all even though the house is humongous, I was surprised at how quickly they were done. Mause is wonderful to work with. When you meet people sometimes you get a sense of their good or bad vibe and Mause has all the friendly hard working down to earth attitude so you know he’s taking care of your home. He came to clean our property and we had a misunderstanding about what was and wasn’t included in the cleaning fees but he resolved the issue quickly. From my experience set clear expectations, and it’s important to specify what gets cleaned and what doesn’t. He’s very responsive and easy to work with. We are just speechless how clean the bathrooms and kitchen were from their previous conditions! Look at the oven! They came and did a move out cleaning service on my three bedroom apartment and they did amazing. They cleaned out the heater even! I am a little embarrassed to say that my bathroom was a disaster and I actually thought our glass doors were frosted. After they cleaned my bathroom, I was shocked because turns out our shower doors were clear glass!! they cleaned all of the windows, the blinds, and they pulled the stove and the fridge out from the wall and cleaned behind it and underneath and got all of the places I didn’t even realize were dirty.
