Cash only, local bakery with very authentic Latinx desserts. Extremely reasonable prices ($7 for the two pastries I got). For the one on the left, the outside was caramelized with granulated sugar and bread itself was extremely soft and layered. The cream custard inside was sweet, moist, and solid enough not to drip everywhere. The other flakey breaded dessert with powdered sugar had the same custard which was lovely. Again, not tax, all cash.

The neighborhood is charming with an old feel to it. Lots of places to grab a meal ranging from original Mexican, Chinese, Thai, and American.
We stopped in after having some spicy Mexican food, and a sweet cookie with a fresh coffee went down well.
