McDonald's — Restaurant in San Francisco

Wow!! This place is horrible!!! I guess I'll start with the fact that there is homeless everywhere around it's store.. but ok.. no big deal.. then we ordered our sausage breakfast sandwiches .. we where given bacon sandwiches.. we returned the sandwiches ( after opening them and touching them) and the manager just put the sandwiches back on the shelf!!! We told her we opened them and touched them and her reply was that the "next customer won't know the difference!!!!!!" How gross is that.. we are clean people but still!!!! Who puts retuned sandwiches back on the line?!?!?! So then we HAD TO WATCH them make our new sandwiches and witnessed employees with NO gloves PICK HIS NOSE and SCRATCH HIS BUTT while making our breakfast sandwiches!! Oh no!! We just got our money back and sure enough that manager took the booger butt sandwich back on the line!!! I'm sure the next customer won't know the difference!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! PLEASE!! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !! SO FREAKING GROSS!!! The manager should be fired!! They hardly spoke any English .. we had to argue with the manager to get our money back.. she didn't seem to understand why we didn't want the sandwiches!!!!! Not one black person was working in there. Not one white person....

The food is good and it's what you would normally expect from McDonald's. The service is okay and the only complaint I have about that is that almost everyone that works there other than the managers has limited English-speaking ability. However, I understand that they are just trying to make a living and doing the best they can so I work with it! :-)! The place is clean the location is good there's decent amount of parking there's a couple of handicap places this place is for motorcycles and about 10 cars. The drive-thru is quick and the inside of the restaurant is super clean. It stays pretty busy from opening to closing however there is almost always somewhere to sit down and eat if that's what you want to do. It's also completely located right next to a Safeway, ross, it Wells fargo, a bank of the west, and several other fast food establishments, and a auto parts store, a Metro PCS, and a Petco. Some of the staff is Very rude, specially managers, always prefer to use the kiosk as they tend to belittle the customers and rush to place the orders, once I was there at 8:45 when they close at 9:00 and they refused to let me and two other customers in alleging their "system" was down but kept taking drive thru orders. They often miss something or get the items wrong came to the counter and no apology. Also they don't do table service when they feel like it, once I placed an order on the kiosk selected table service, my order never came I had my headphones and approached the counter to inquire about my order, a black hair older lady rudely lectured me about table service not being available and I had to pick up my food. Which was already cold, when I suggested they remove the table numbers from the kiosk when table service is not available to avoid misleading customers I got another lecture about not telling her how to do her job.
